Abstract: Polysaccharides of Phellinus igniarius have remarkable bioactivities and attracted considerable attention. In this study, extraction process of endo-polysaccharides from P. igniariu was investigated. The extraction conditions including ratio of sporocarp to water, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times were optimized. The experimental results indicated that the maximal yield of endo-polysaccharides from P. igniariu was 2.93 %, and the optimal conditions were as follows: ratio of sporocarp to water 1:30, extraction time 2 h, extraction temperature 90 °C, extraction twice. The best final ethanol concentration was 80 %. In addition, protein removal rate could reach 90.6 % using trichloroacetic acid method in extracting polysaccharides process.

Abstract: N, N'-dicyclohexyl-D-tartaric diamide 2a and N, N'-di-[(R)-inda-D-tartaric diamide 2b were prepared through the reaction of diethyl-D-tartrate with cyclohexylamine and (R)-(-)-1-aminoindan, respectively. The two compounds coordinated with isopropyl titanate (Ti (O-iPr)4), were used as catalyst in the asymmetric oxidation of pyrmetazol 3 with cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) as oxidant. The results revealed that both the catalytic systems derived from ligand 2a and 2b with Ti (O-iPr)4 showed good catalytic activity and enantioselectivity in the synthesis of esomeprazole. Under the optimized conditions, the yield reached 91%, 91% and the enantio excess (ee) was up to 87% , 89%.

Abstract: Flavonols is a class of widely distributed in nature polyphenols. Usually, studies have shown that lots of flavonols had certain effect on alcoholism. Studies have show that lots of flavonoids have effect on aminobutyric acid (GABA) which is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter mammalian in central nervous system. Dihydro flavonols, an kind of flavonols may have effect on alcoholism by GABA. Recent studies have shown that dihydro myricetin, an dihydro flavonol, has shown inhibition of GABA receptor gene expression. In like manner, we hypothesize that dihydro flavonols may affect the express of GABA as an effective and specific novel treatment for alcoholism.

Abstract: The paper describes biophysical processes occurring in membranes under the influence of alpha-radiation of radon isotopes. The basic idea is to experimentally detect the effects of radiation damage to cells of the α-particle with energy of 5.5 MeV, and in particular, to determine the dependence threshold in a function of the "dose-effect" in the presence of DNA molecules into cells. Actuality of work related to the fact that up to now remains open the problem – is whether damageability of radioactive radiation threshold or without threshold phenomenon. It was found that the irradiation of biological models of cells - liposomes and spherosomes uniquely showed the lack threshold of damageability. Irradiation red blood cells not having a cell nucleus, occurs as a threshold phenomenon. Finally, the irradiation of the lactic acid bacteria occurs with a high threshold

Abstract: This study aims to develop the dencichine plus Yunnan Baiyao band-aid, and test the hemostatic effect in traumatic incision of the new band-aid, the stability of dencichine was measured by HPLC beforehand. After that, several groups with different material were pasted on longitudinal incision of SD rats. Bleeding time and blood loss was determined, observing the healing of the wounds. The result was that the stability of dencichine by HPLC proved to be steady beforehand. Compared with blank control group, the other groups could shorten bleeding time (p<0.01), and reduce blood loss (p<0.01), whats important is that the Yunnan Baiyao band-aid groups were much better about the healing of the wounds than gauze groups. The results indicates that it is obvious that dencichine plus Yunnan Baiyao band-aid has a significant effect on longitudinal incision, and it helps the wound to heal. Dencichine plus Yunnan Baiyao band-aid has economic prospect in marketing appliance.

Abstract: To study the the influences of bio-preservative combined with black pepper extract and chitosan on the shelf-life of tilapia, through sensory characteristics, response surface methodology was designed by the optimum ratio of Microbiological (total viable count), chemical (pH, TVB-N). The result indicates the model can predict experiment results exactly (p<0.05). Also with the simultaneous optimum ratio, the Design Expert desirability function approach for the optimization showed strong correlation between the real and predicted results. The The optimum conditions were 0.96% for pepper concentration, 1.07% for chitosan concentration and 0.796% for glacial acetic acid concentration when the experimental values were 5.5 for pH, 21.3 for TVB-N and 3.9 for TVC.

Abstract: By optimizing the preparation process of Hexaflumuron suspension concentrates, the optimized conditions were found as following: 1.2mm zirconium beads as the grinding medium, the mass ratio of grinding medium and material was 1.5, The optimum sand milling time was 2h. The suspension concentrates product prepared by the method has smaller particle size, narrow particle size distribution, and good suspended stability.

Abstract: With black soybean as raw materials, 50% ethanol as the extractant, at 70°C, pH1.0, solid-liquid ratio of 1:100(g:mL), at 90min were used to extract the pigment of black soybean Through the establishment of DPPH•,•OH, superoxide anion free radicals, reducing power and hydrogen peroxide. The results show: its ability of scavenging DPPH•, •OH, hydrogen peroxide is far better than ascorbic acid. The pigment at concentration of 0.6mg/mL shows a scavenging rate for DPPH• up to 88.29%,and for •OH 89.36%,for hydrogen peroxide89.75%.In addition, the general reducing power and scavenging rate for superoxide anion solution of the pigment are a little worse than those of ascorbic acid.

Abstract: Make 5-methoxy-2-mercapto-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine and 2-chloro-3,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-pyridine hydrochloride as the starting materials, in alkaline conditions, use nucleophilic substitution to generate the prochiral sulfide: 2-[2-(4-methoxy-3 ,5-dimethyl-pyridine) methylmercapto]-5-methoxy-imidazo [4,5-b] pyridine. After recrystallization twice, gain the product with the yield of 80%, and the purity of 99.6% and above. Then make D-(-)-diethyl tartrate and tetraisopropyl titanate as the chiral reagents, in alkaline conditions, use cumene hydroperoxide oxide to oxidize prochiral sulfide, for synthesis of (S)-Tenatoprazole, and the results showed that when, the reaction temperature was , and reaction time was 20h, the result was the best.

Abstract: CD36 is a class B scavenger receptor, which is on the surface of many cells such as platelets, macrophages, endothelial and smooth muscle cells. CD36 has been shown to play a critical role in the development of atherosclerosis by its capacity to adhere oxidized low density lipoproteins (OxLDL). It’s very valuable to find out the antagonists for CD36, but the three-dimensional protein structure of CD36 has not been determined and there are no template structures in the PDB library, which greatly prevents the antagonist discovery from structure-based drug discovery. The aim of the present study is to predict the three-dimensional structure using computational methods by I-TASSER.
