Abstract: The letter relying on the status of existing thermal protection system and existing flight parameters, appropriate metal thermal protection system being able to reproduced are designed; according to the distribution of heat-flow density we make certain the structure and thickness of the heat shield, structure of cooling bed and pressure of cooling air, velocity of flow and so on. The distributions of temperature of points on the nose and the inside of skin are calculated.

Abstract: In order to study the heat conduction, convection and heat flux density of blood for blood pump rotor system,and established the three-dimensional model of the blood pump rotor system in Solidworks, and then will establish a model to lead the finite element analysis in ANSYS Workbench, thermal analysis, the result of analysis is temperature distribution and heat flux distribution and temperature deformation figure of the blood pump rotor system. Through the study, the rise of temperature of the blood pump rotor system meets the requirements, and The structure design is reasonable;the blood pump rotor system overall deformation is small,but it’s not affect the normal work of the blood pump, It could provided data to support the optimization design of the blood pump rotor system.

Abstract: Determining how to accurately calculate the thermal loads and boundary conditions are the most critical issues in the thermal analysis of the brake disc. The heat flux acting on the disc surface was got by the uniform wear theory with consideration of the cover angle of pad. The result shows that: the heat flux determined by uniform wear is not only related to the braking time but also radial distance; the convective heat transfer coefficients will decrease by the raise of the time; the cover angle of pad increases at first and then decreases, while the heat partition coefficient is in the opposite situation; the results determined by uniform wear with the consideration of the cover angle of pad is more close to that calculated by energy balance law.

Abstract: The core of the system is a solar photovoltaic cell, a solar cell to work well not only to the battery materials, structures, is also affected by the external working conditions. Effect of temperature is an important condition of the battery efficiency. In this paper, how temperature affects battery features a comprehensive theoretical study, results showed that at a temperature of 300K, as M1.5 solar spectrum, the theoretical limit of solar cell conversion efficiency of 33%, corresponding to the optimum band gap of 1.4 eV. Provide a basis for the design and experimental battery.
