Abstract: Over the past years, synthesis of pyrrole-imidazole (Py-Im) polyamides has been achieved by solution-phase and solid-phase methods. Comparing with solution-phase synthesis, the solid-phase synthesis has showed great superiority in various aspects. The solid-phase synthesis is a rapid, effective, energy-saving and environment-friendly method, which has been widely used in the synthesis of pyrrole-imidazole polyamides. Many complicated polyamides can be obtained quickly and effectively through this method. By far, the application of the solid-phase synthesis for Py-Im polyamides has made rapid development. Resin as the main carrier, a key substance in solid phase synthesis, consists of two parts: polymer (macromolecular resin) and linking chain (linker). To date, there are many kinds of resins applied in the solid phase synthesis, such as PAM resin, Wang resin, Oxime resin and Clear resin, and so on. In this article, we will focus on the elaboration about the basic principle and application of the four kinds of resins mentioned above in solid-phase synthesis of polyamides. This provides an important reference for development of polyamides.

Abstract: Objective: To monitor the induction of apoptosis in HT-29 cells by three compounds of oxazinone derivatives (A-C) with similar structures and research the mechanism of those oxazinone derivatives in induction of apoptosis in HT-29 cells. Methods: HT-29 cells were used for the determination of cytotoxicity elicited by oxazinone compounds. Cytotoxic effects of these compounds in HT-29 cells are monitored by a Real-Time Cell Analyser system. Results: All the oxazinone derivatives exhibited growth inhibition in HT-29 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: All the three compounds of oxazinone derivatives (A-C) could exhibit growth inhibition in HT-29 cells in a dose-dependent manner.

Abstract: Tetraphenylethene-thiophene hybrid exhibits the novel feature of aggregation-induced emission and can detect the explosive in the aggregate state with the KSV of 1.3 × 105 M1. This result indicates the new hybrid can work as a sensitive chemosensor.

Abstract: The analysis method for fluroxypyr ester by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is established in this paper. This method is based on the chemical and physical properties of fluroxypyr ester to optimize determination conditions such as the sample solvent, mobile phase and chromatographic column and detection wavelength. The different mass fraction of samples were analyzed by the following conditionds: the mobile phase is methanol-water, and the column is stainless steel filled with packing of Hypersil BDS C18 5 μm, which size is 250 x 4.6 mm (i, d), and the solvent is methanol, and the detector is ultraviolet absorption detector, and the flow velocity is 1.0 mL/min, and the wavelength is 235 nm. The experimental results show that the standard addition recovery is 99.3% ~ 100.3%, the standard deviation is 0.1%, the regression equation is y = 491.78 + 501.31 x, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9997.

Abstract: In the process of anaerobic digestion for methane production, one-third of which is from hydrogen, another two-thirds from acetic acid. From the point of material and energy recovery, the energy conversion efficiency of alone hydrogen or methane production is less than co-generation of hydrogen and methane production. Because hydrogen production is also accompanied by acidification and syntrophic acetogenic fermentation process, it is technically feasible for alone hydrogen or methane production. As the two-phase anaerobic digestion separate the acidifying bacteria and methanogens in different reactors, blocking the synergy of the two different microbial community, we should provide scientific and technological support for two-phase anaerobic application.

Abstract: Supercritical water oxidation in hydrothermal flames is a promising method for the total destruction of refractory compounds because it can overcome corrosion and salt deposition problems. In case of wastewater with a low reaction heat, the use of auxiliary fuels, to increase the reaction heat for the auto thermal operation is necessary. Methanol and isopropyl-alcohol were usually used as fuels. This paper compares the two fuels in hydrothermal flames and reviews the experimental results of salts, acetic acid, dioxins, ammonia, sludge and phenols of naphthalene and toluene. The results show that the destruction process obtains high TOC removals, and phenols are easy to cause soot formation problems. If soot deposition problems can be solved, supercritical water oxidation in hydrothermal flames will have a bright prospect for commercial applications.

Abstract: Vortex ring state (VRS) is an inherently unsteady aerodynamic phenomenon. For rotor operations in the VRS, an inherent unsteadiness is a characteristic of the flow state, which is reflected by the waves and knots produced on the tip vortex filaments. Operationally, entry into the VRS manifests as rotor thrust fluctuations and also an increase in the average rotor shaft torque, the latter which is necessary to overcome the higher induced aerodynamic losses associated with rotor operations inside its own wake. Arming to the flight safety, the VRS development is discussed, the VRS models are summarized, and the operations for flight out VRS are given at the end of this paper. It is helpful to helicopter flight and training.

Abstract: With the 42m trawler as object, an ordinary propeller and a ducted propeller are designed and their open water hydrodynamic performance are simulated by using CFD software. The computed results and experimental results of ducted propeller are in good agreement, which verified the reliability of numerical calculation. Then the computed results of ordinary propeller and ducted propeller are compared with each other, it is found that the thrust and torque of ducted propeller is bigger than ordinary propeller in trawling. This article also discusses the pressure distribution of their blade and the reason why ducted propeller has a better hydrodynamic performance is studied.

Abstract: Wuhan is the first city in China to establish a free public bicycle system. This paper gives qualitative and quantitative analysis of public bicycle system impact on the residents via questionnaire survey. By building site model, the rationality of bicycle site setting is discussed. Based on analysis, the paper offer some proposals combined with "Wuhan mode" feature as to achieve the significantly improvement of Wuhan public bicycle usage, change the current situation in Wuhan traffic congestion and reduce vehicle emissions of harmful gases. By mechanical mechanics analysis, ensure the reliability of bicycle mechanics column.
