Abstract: In this study, chitosan (CS)/titanium dioxide (TiO2) microspheres with different nanoTiO2 content were obtained by suspension cross-linking technique and characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The strong peak of C=N stretching vibrations at 1641 cm-1 were found which demonstrated that amino groups of CS reacted with aldehyde group of glutaraldehyde. SEM photographs showed that the CS/TiO2 microspheres were spherical, and the size of the CS/TiO2 microspheres ranging from 50 to 170 μm was analyzed with the software of Image J. The entrapment efficiency of the CS/TiO2 microspheres was up to 67.7%. Compared with CS, CS/TiO2 microspheres had better antibacterial activity against S. aureus and E. coli with a MIC value of 0.0125%.

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of bending forming force and deformation analysis for a stainless steel part in a precision instrument, the combination mould having filling and support function is designed for the part with large size, ultra thin-walled and non-closed cross section structure characteristics. Combined with the forming process, the technological measures are proposed to eliminate the bending forming deformation by using the way of incremental forming control and the gap control between mould and part. And the forming process and the reliability are verified by the practical application.

Abstract: In paper are presented information about materials used for production of models by Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) rapid prototyping technology. In today's rapid prototyping technologies the initial state of building material can be in solid, liquid or powder state. The current range materials include plastic, nylon, wax, resins, metals and ceramics. In FDM are mainly used as basic materials ABS - Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyethylene and polypropylene. Main part of the paper is focused on experimental testing of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene materials realized by different research teams and presents outputs of testing of ABS material in FDM technology realized by authors.

Abstract: In this paper, near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was used to analysis the acteoside content of Radix Rehmanniae. The quantitative calibration models of acteoside content were established by the partial least square (PLS). The results showed that the correlation coefficient of calibration (R2) was 0.98102, the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.00464, the root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.00163, and the average recovery rate was 104.837%. So the recovery of prediction set was available. The results indicated that it was available to determine the content of actoside in Radix Rehmanniae by near-infrared spectroscopy.

Abstract: Energy and emissions are the two major problems the automotive industry facing currently. Hydrogen has been of great concern worldwide as a renewable clean fuel.It has burn fast, wide flammable range, less pollution, and many other advantages. Premixed laminar burning is an important part of researching combustion mechanism, and Is an important means of developing and verifying fuel combustion chemical reaction kinetics mechanism.

Abstract: With the application experience, the author introduced several simple but effective creation method of parting line, based on UG NX software CAD technology, and for maximum cross-sectional profile in the arc surface of the plastic products in typing the design process of the injection mold, the parting line is difficult to determine the specific location, and the conventional method of the edge curve of extract parts is difficult to create.

Abstract: The research on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the natural rubber filled with different dosage of Zinc oxide (ZnO). The results showed that with the increase of the content of the ZnO, the tensile strength first increased, then decreased the, but the tear strength showed a trend of increase, the thermal stability had improved; When the amount of ZnO added was 9, damping performance was better.

Abstract: A type of composite resin substituted for cement slurry was developed for channelling and leakoff blockage in oil production and water injection wells of sandstone reservoirs in Huabei oilfields.Laboratory evaluation showed that the controlled reaction time was 3~8h at 40~110°C,the tensile strength of curing samples was 10.8 ~ 13.1 MPa, the compressive strength 13 ~ 87MPa, and the shear strength 9.2 ~ 28.9MPa.Any corrosion ratio in 10%HClNaOHNaCl was less than 1% at 100°C for 24 hours. Field application was successful and the pressure drop was less than 0.5MPa after shuting down for 30min.

Abstract: This study examined the effect of fluid convection on microstructures of directionally solidified high-chromium white cast iron (ASTM A532-87 Class III) with carbon equivalents of 4.5. The iron was first melted in a high-frequency induction furnace, and then poured into a sandwiched cylindrical Furan resin sand mold. The middle part is a chilled copper mold kept cold by circulating water, enabling simultaneous directional solidification in the upper and lower zones. The microstructure thus solidified is affected by directionally chilled between these parts. Distribution of temperature in the mold during cast solidification was measured by K-type thermocouples. The measured results show that the lower zone has stronger thermal convection and faster cooling rate than the upper zone. The lower zone has smaller liquidus and solidus gradients than the upper zone.
