Abstract: This paper proposes a position control of induction motor using particle swarm optimization (PSO) and fuzzy phase plane controller. Fuzzy membership functions, phase plane theory and the PSO are employed to design the proposed controller (FPPC) for controlling the position of an induction motor, based on the desired specifications. The proposed FPPC has merits of rapid response, simply designed fuzzy logic control and an explicitly designed phase plane theory. Simulations and experimental results reveal that the proposed FPPC is superior in optimal position control to conventional PI controller.

Abstract: Single event transient of a PMOS using strained Silicon-Germanium in a sub-100nm bulk process is studied by 3D TCAD simulation. The impact of bias voltage, temperature, LET, and struck position on SET is considered. Our simulation results demonstrate that bias voltage in the range 0.8 to 1.2V greatly influence the amplitude of SET current. Temperature has a stronger influence on a SiGe channel PMOS than a Si-channel PMOS. Both SET current duration and total collection charge increase as LET increases, and SET current duration and total collection of a SiGe channel PMOS are larger than that of Si channel PMOS. These simulation results are beneficial to the space application of SiGe circuits.

Abstract: Most incremental mining and online mining algorithms concentrate on finding association rules or patterns consistent with entire current sets of data. Users cannot easily obtain results from only interesting portion of data. This may prevent the usage of mining from online decision support for multidimensional data. To provide adhoc, query driven, and online mining support, we first propose a relation called the multidimensional pattern relation to structurally and systematically store context and mining information for later analysis.

Abstract: The electric energy information collection system is used to collect and process the electricity data, and monitor the electricity consumption in real time. To make the system more extensible and maintainable, SOA (Service-oriented architecture) plays an important role in enterprise integration. Web Services is an implementation of SOA. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the architecture of the electric energy information collection system called iES-E200PRO which is designed based on SOA. In iES-E200PRO, Web Services is used as a middleware component, which enable the system corresponds and integrates with other systems. Besides, we analyze and compare the main technology of information display. And on the basis of iES-E200PRO, we design an electric energy information display system which is based on Web Services and FusionChart. This display system has been integrated into iES-E200PRO and works well.

Abstract: For a gas station training simulation system, the real time and reality of scene directly affect the application of system. In order to solve this problem, we used 3D virtual scene building technology based on OpenSceneGraph (OSG) to build gas station scene. Technology of levels of detail (LOD) was used to improve the real-time ability of the system during entity modeling. And then based on 3D entity model library and information files in Extensible Markup Language (XML), we built the parametric library and set up the gas station scene, which provided function information and attribute information. Experimental results show that the scene of virtual gas station can not only greatly improve the reality and immersion of system, but also well support the real-time simulation. Now, 3D virtual scene building technology based on OSG has applied successfully in gas station training simulation system, which provides feasible evidence for engineering simulation to solve practical problems.

Abstract: Because nodes in the loT(Internet of Things) are widely distributed and most of them are unattended, so single node is vulnerable to be attacked and destroyed. Once one node is destroyed or attacked, the whole loT will be faced with tremendous security problems. This paper proposed a Trust Evaluation Model of loT based on AHP and Backward Cloud Model. In the model, in order to be solve the problem that nodes in loT have limited resources, the paper made use of the improved AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Reverse Cloud Model method, which can work with simple calculation and few resources. In the last, we simulate the method using omnet++ and simulation result show that the model can evaluate the trust value of the malicious node that executes bad communication behaviours fast and also reduce the possibility of wrong judgment.

Abstract: optimization design of Water supply network is based on alignment. This research is done by analysis of cost per water quantity of cubic meter for supplying, and takes expenses as weights of pipe calculation.Alignment is designed according to dijkstra's algorithm , and the scheme which cost least is chosen at this section, so it can get the optimization quickly.

Abstract: A hardware Trojan is a circuit that is incorporated into LSI by a malicious designer. The LSI, which was infected with a hardware Trojan, acts following its specifications in normal operations. However, when Trojan trigger is actuated, subversive activities, such as leak of important information, occur. A software Trojan can be theoretically removed. However, since a hardware Trojan is physically incorporated into LSI, it is difficult to find from outside and it cannot be removed. The present study verifies the validity and effect of the countermeasure-annulled hardware Trojan by performing detection tests.

Abstract: The mitral valve annulus shape is complex but vital for normal functioning mitral apparatus. In this paper, mitral valve annulus curves at different time instances were matched with image intensities as similarity metric. The quality of matching is described by a cost function, involving a predominant term qualifying the matching quality---image intensities. To ensure the smoothness of the solution to the minimization problem, regularization term was added to generate combined cost functional. Numerical simulation results verified the effectiveness of our method.

Abstract: Evidence theory is an effective tool in dealing with uncertainty questions. The evidence comes mainly from experts, but the expert knowledge and experience is limited. There may be a certain degree of subjectivity. To solve this problem, based on the relationship of the rough set and evidence theory, this paper through the strength of decision rules and defines the extension rules of decision rule intensity, the new basic probability distribution function is constructed onthe known rules of recognition framework, avoiding the subjectivity of basic probability assignment, finally being more objective and accurate results lay a foundation, and in the last instance the validity of this method are presented.
