Abstract: Basing on the index system and evaluation data of bridge construction safety management status, this paper puts forward the relative difference function of variable fuzzy set by the method of set pair analysis, and develops the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation dynamic model of bridge construction safety management status. This model was applied to assessment of a bridge construction safety management status, and achieved the desired results.

Abstract: Aiming at performance evaluation of construction safety supervision of the complexity and uncertainty, D-S evidence theory is presented in this paper to evaluate performance of construction safety supervision, build the index system for performance evaluation of construction safety supervision, and through calculation, the method is proven to be feasible in the performance evaluation of construction safety supervision, effectiveness and suitability.

Abstract: In recent years railway constructions are attracted many large investments, and generally 60-70% percentage of project budget are cost in the materials supplies, which are the main concern of the railway construction projects cost control. In this paper, we do some researches on suppliers choice to investigate the logic of railway construction projects supplies cost control. The structure is firstly to build the indicators of general construction project materials supplier selection, then to find criterion of general construction project materials supplier selection, and thirdly considering the projects distinctiveness to select the line with the actual situation of railway projects suppliers indicators. At last combined all the results of front researches to construct an indicator system for railway construction project materials supplier selection, and further study the supplier selection methods which are based on the indicator system and verified by an example.

Abstract: Structural morphological design makes a breakthrough at traditional concept that structural is regarded only as the technological means in architecture composition.Starting from the concrete and abstract cognition on the structural morphological design,this paper analyses the influence of structure technology on architectural forms,discusses its application principle and the main distinction of the traditional structure design.By exploring the mechanics laws with typical cases,the paper summarizes the structural expression method and propounds new ideas for architectural form with structural morphology, in order to enlighten the thoughts of innovative application on structural morphological design in architectural creation.
