Abstract: Researching the building how to predominantly express the regional culture of the Qinling has important significance. Natural and humanistic environment was analyzed how to influence architectural style along the Qinling’s northern foot, taking Xi’an Garden as example, and how to express regional culture in residential buildings was explored. Some references was gave how to dominantly express regional culture in residential buildings.

Abstract: Development of Chinese architecture has gone through thousands of years of history, all ethnic groups according to their own cultural environment, religion, aesthetic sense, formed different styles of building systems and spatial pattern during the long years. We can feel the humane care and life rhythm implied of the building through these different shapes, like spatial distribution, environmental design and the use of material. This article main to analysis and study the beauty of humanity which embodied and used in buildings from the aspect of building space, the environment, materials, etc. By analyzing this, we can defined the humane care of architectural concept.

Abstract: In the theme park and the mass media programs become more and more stylized today, sports reflect the dramatic value it unpredictable. Sports games and TV can create has shocks the strength of scene, and this "reality" becomes the unpredictable nature of the carrier, it can obtain immeasurable business value and city culture of success. Sports buildings to become the new urban symbol, and obtained the original town hall, only a! J galleries and museums can obtain the attention. From twentieth Century the western city construction development history can be seen, city image and city planning and architectural design has great relevance. But the city image seems are always as city construction activities, products, changes with the design theories and ideas vary products. City image is stuck in the design concept of level of city image building.

Abstract: In the sports architectural form creation, structure technology plays an important role, it is the ideal form of guarantee, elements and form, structure and technology as a method of design, is the factor most architects consider first in sports in architectural creation. Technology of building structure technology as the field of material production, the aesthetic features of its shape becomes the main expression of sports architecture aesthetics, aesthetic psychological effects caused by the people. Especially in large span structure system because of its giant scale and exaggerated shapes, people will lose their normal in the presence of mental judgment scale, often by its magnificent momentum of admiration, moved by the building architectural image and space atmosphere. In the sports building design, construction technical support on architectural forms and form depends on the structure technology is beyond doubt, shaping the spatial image mainly depends on the correct expression of shape.

Abstract: Urban rivers have always been the foundation of urban development. In the industrial era, many countries, including China, have experienced the painful lessons of environmental pollution. From the human-water relationship study date back to ancient time, we know that there is urgent need for the reversal of this negative human impact. The naturalization design of urban water landscape requires (1) use the advanced science and technology in project planning, design, construction and management; (2) save the project investment, speed up the progress and guarantee the project quality; (3) suitable for bio-lived and multiplied and for the survival needs of the organism after river training. When conducting the urban river landscape design, we should plan and design carefully based on natural and ecological principles, and the aim is not only visually pleasing, but also ecologically sustainable.

Abstract: Since 1990s housing construction in China has been going through a gradual separation from the planned economy mode, a transition from collective housing construction and distribution to market-oriented mode, which resulted in the all-time growing of real estate development and accelerated the succession of urban development. This article gives an outline of general analysis on correlation of housing construction and urban growth, including its influence on urban economy, social stability, urbanization process, city layout, suburban districts and appearance of residential difference. The article points out the importance and urgency of keeping balance between housing construction and urban development. It points that seeking a balanced way for cities, dwellings and humanity would be the theme and trend of urban housing construction.

Abstract: With literature searching and site survey, the process of spatial evolution and its current issues are analyzed in Huilongwo area. Then, a planning framework oriented sustainable development is proposed with the actual conditions, and some effective means with green technology are taken into practice. Finally, the experiences of this case are described in the conclusion part.

Abstract: Home-based care for the aged is a dominant endowment type in china. Today, the trend of population aging has become increasingly apparent, corresponding outdoor environment and facilities must be provided in residential community. As Qinghuayuan community of Zhengzhou for example, on the basis of investigation to outdoor environment and the elderly utilization, the author put forward suggestions about walking, leisure and communication to explore the design essentials of outdoor environment in residential area suitable for the elderly.

Abstract: The original townships which are remained by merger of villages and will not be the locations of town governments any more universally have the problems like population outflow, limited land utilization, environmental degradation, etc., but they leave the space for the development of new-type urbanization. Through researching the current situation of the land of the old town Jinjiaba, analyze its problems and combining the development requirement of new-type urbanization, specifically put forward the strategies of revitalizing land to promote the sustainable development of old townships from five aspects: organizing road system, revitalizing stock land, space integration and renewal, integrating layout of urban and rural settlements, and governance of waterfront space.

Abstract: The transition to sustainable development today is the most important goal for most countries. According to the currently existing concept, sustainable development cannot be achieved without consideration of the mutual development priorities in such areas as: social, economic and ecological development of the territory. Methodic of urban planning strategies for sustainable development are presented.
