Abstract: Green building evaluation standards provide references for green building design. This paper did comparative and empirical research on evaluation points and design strategies of Chinese Green Building Evaluation Standard and American LEED-NC 2009, and analyzed the differences between their orientation and applicability. The conclusion shows that the strategy of GBES is more suitable for local green buildings in China.

Abstract: Architecture should adapt to the climate where they are located. Sichuan climate is very special. In most places of Sichuan, it is very hot and humid in summer and mild in winter. Special climate ask for special architecture. Sichuan house have better outdoors environments and better shelter solar, which emphasis the effect of shelter solar with plants. As a kind of ecological architecture, Sichuan buildings are valuable for us to study and develop in China, meanwhile, it is essential to improve their function and design .In the thesis, author explores the methodology and strategies for the Sichuan climate.

Abstract: Sanxuejie, an important historic district in Xi'an. It is currently facing a slow transformation process, poor infrastructure, neighborhood development lags and some other issues, but the most difficult part is the shortage of funds and neighborhood residents transformation underpowered. In this paper, we put forward organic updated strategies with eco-development ideas, and the entire block will be divided into different sections to coordinate with the phased transformation, this kind of transformation stages can raise funds to alleviate the problem of lack of funds, in order to allow the transformation of neighborhoods starting one by one.

Abstract: Based on Life Cycle Assessment Theory (LCA Theory), the problems of Zhejiang new rural residential buildings at different stages of life cycle were analyzed. LCCM method of engineering project were adopted to highlight the influence of economic factors on energy-saving process and analyze the energy consumption of Zhejiang new rural residential buildings,so as to put forward reasonable energy-saving measures.

Abstract: A university library building in Ningbo is taken as an example for energy efficiency renovation analysis based on the software PBECA. Five kinds of energy efficiency reforming schemes are proposed and compared, and the best effect of energy efficiency renovation is external sunshade. Moreover, the largest energy consumption is the ground. Although all reforming schemes failed to meet the target of 65% energy efficiency, scheme five is close to 65% energy efficiency target considering the actual usage of the library building.

Abstract: The initial ground temperature (IGT) is one of the most important parameters in designing a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system and evaluating its performance. In this paper, three initial ground temperature test methods are introduced. Except the shallow zone, the ground temperature distribution measured from direct and indirect testing method has very small difference. In direct test, the temperature sensor must be embedded when burying the tube in the borehole which is hard to operate in engineering applications. Thus the direct testing method is suggested to be applied in the scientific research. The indirect testing method could be used in engineering applications. The mean ground temperature could be calculated from temperature distribution except the shallow zone temperature. The results from three calculating methods have a quite small difference. Therefore, the arithmetic average method is suggested for scientific and engineering application to calculate the mean ground temperature. The mean ground temperature is also gotten in TRT conveniently. In the condition of velocity 0.7m/s, water was circulated in the tube system with no heat source for 30 minutes. The average water temperature could be regard as the mean ground temperature with sufficient accuracy.

Abstract: This study is aimed to establish the Carbon Emission Baseline for apartment housings. The carbon emissions at the operational stage were calculated through simulation based on the physical calculation. This method was chosen because it was necessary to estimate carbon emissions before the construction of the building. In fact, the energy consumption of buildings is more influenced by social statistics than by physical factors. This study used BEER and aggregated statistics of K-apt. system with a goal of estimating carbon emissions by buildings and establishing the carbon emission baseline. For this, the reliability of the related data which determine the energy consumption and carbon emissions of apartment housings were reviewed, and components were classified. Principle Component Analysis is used to determine the main components that are comprised of BEER indicators. The variable groups which are selected by PCA would be used in multivariate analysis.

Abstract: The utility of roofs is a focus issue in architecture field. Using roofs to collect and heat rainwater is a reasonable approach. In this paper, a new member that uses glasses and ceramics collect rainwater is introduced. The member is made up of four layers. The glasses are used to collect rainwater and form greenhouses. The black ceramic plates are used to collect sunlight and heat the rainwater. Water vapor is condensed and collected by the bottom ceramic plate. This member with high capacity of collecting rainwater and sunlight absorption is a hopeful roof member.

Abstract: External wall has great impact on building energy conservation. Developing composite wall is direct way to improve the situation of building consumption. In this study, the importance of building energy conservation was analyzed. Several types of composite thermal insulation wall were listed and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Self-insulation composite wall has unique superiority, especially in hot summer and cold winter zone. Meanwhile, the application prospect of composite wall with combinations of insulation coating of high reflectivity and silt sintered porous brick was introduced. Finally, combining regional character, some suggestions were proposed on the further development of China’s composite wall in hot summer and cold winter zone.

Abstract: In order to reduce the power consumption of circulating pump in secondary network., the adjustment that combines quantity adjustment and quality adjustment is proposed in the paper;and the control strategy and adjustment equations in different stages of this adjustment mode are present. Then taken a community in Zhangjiakou as an example, the adjustment curve of this mode in indirectconnected heating systems and direct-connected heating systems are obtained. Finally the power consumptions of the adjustment mode proposed in the paper with that of quality adjustment and quality adjustment with different quantitative ratio in each period are compared; the result indicates that the adjustment mode has more potential in energ-saving.
