Research on the Knowledge of Contract for Construction Project Management

Abstract:

Faced with the current status of actual engineering, this paper adopts the method of fuzzy matrix to build the knowledge database of contract for construction project, and uses the fuzzy weighted closeness degree to realize similarity matching on existing putted forward contract and the undetermined contract knowledge, looking for similar case contract, determines the backlog terms of the contract on the basis of simlar contents of contract case file. It is of great importance to the solution of the contract management properly and help contractors avoid risks reasonably.
