Abstract: This paper established an evaluation method for oil-soluble polymer viscosity reducing agent to heavy crude oil. The viscosity reducing agent was synthesized in laboratory and evaluated effects of diluent, mixing time, storage temperature and storage time on the viscosity reduction of crude oil. After inspection found that the evaluation methods have a significant impact on the viscosity reduction ratio. The maximum stable viscosity reduction rate can be obtained under optimal conditions. In the conditions of kerosene as diluents (ratio of 9:1), mixing time of 40 oC, storaged at 50 oC for 10 h, the viscosity reduction rate of 87% was achieved. The viscosity reduction rate can truly reflect the actual viscosity reduction ratio. This method can accurately determine the rate of viscosity reduction reducing agent for such other researchers evaluated in this method, the rate of viscosity reduction obtained is comparable in different labs.

Abstract: Flotation experimental research is carried out on a certain oxidised copper ores in Huidong, Sichuan province. The ores belongs to the typical oxidised ores. For the characteristics of the mine and the scene of the test requirements, five different flowsheets were test. Under the proper process conditions, the good technical indexes were obtained in all flowsheets. But the the fourth flotation flowsheet was choosed. The principle process of two roughing, one scavenging and two cleaning were used in flotation process. Both the scavenging foam and tailing of first cleaning are returned to the first roughing work and tailing of second cleaning is returned to first cleaning work in closed circuit.

Abstract: This paper has introduced moulding method of electroforming combining with arc spraying. Compared with electroforming moulding, it has shortened moulding production cycle and reduced cost of production. Compared with arc spraying moulding, it has improved mould’s surface quality and hardness.

Abstract: Reducing volumetric warpage during the injection molding process is a challenging problem in the production of microfluidic chips, as the warpage directly affects the bonding quality of the substrate and the cover sheet. In this study, the injection molding of substrate and the cover sheet, composed of PolymethylMethacrylate(PMMA), was simulated. The effect of different process parameters, holding pressure, holding time, mould temperature and injection speed, were investigated via single factor experiments, observing the warpage of the sheet with Three-Coordinate Measuring Machine. The analysis showed that the warpage was affected by non-uniform shrinkage and residual stress of the melt. Holding pressure and holding time had a greater effect on the warpage than the mould temperature and injection speed did. Therefore, reasonable holding pressure and holding time can effectively reduce the warpage of microfluidic chips in the injection molding process.

Abstract: Through the SBR Shortcut Nitrification-Denitrification Simultaneous Phosphorus Removal treatment of comprehensive wastewater in beer production , In order to achieve the removal of COD,NH4+ ,TP and the accumulation of NO2 --N stability , The research on the influence factors of the process. The results showed that: The stable operation of the process is made up of influent COD concentration, PH, DO, together with the factors such as temperature and MLSS, which control the DO value of low (< 0.5 mg/L) is to achieve one of the key factors of NO2--N accumulation. Too low or too high influent PH value, COD concentration will influence the normal running of the process. Temperature and MLSS affect ammonia oxidation process and the reaction rate of denitrification process, but not the determinants of the system stable operation. When DO is 0. 3 ~ 0.5 mg/L, influent COD concentration below 1100 mg/L, pH value of 7. 2 ~ 8. 4, temperature in 12 ~ 25 °C, it can obtain stable NO2--N accumulation.

Abstract: Using an adjusted explosive welding technique, a Zr-2 alloy plate, a titanium plate and a carbon steel plate were cladded to form a three-layer composite panel which is difficult to manufacture by common methods. Microstructural evaluations reveal that a metallurgical bonding interface with wave morphology is realized, and the grains near the interface are smaller than grains in other areas. The microhardness of the sample near the interface is greatly higher than that of other areas. Furthermore, mechanical experimental evidence indicates the shearing strength of the interface in the moderate condition exceeds that of the interlayer plate.

Abstract: Because some composite insulators run certain number of years and tends to exist insulation breakdown performance degradation issues, and some even mass incidents have occurred, affecting the normal operation of the grid. First introduced X-ray inspection systems, then introduction common failure and the reason of composite insulators. And through the artificial gap between the mandrel and the jacket seams, V-shaped mandrel and an artificial scratches and other defects between the insulator strings, concluded the feasibility of X-ray diagnosis of common faults of composite insulators.

Abstract: Bionics research finds that the non-smooth morphology surfaces of some typical animals can reduce the forward resistances in the movement process. We can imitate these characteristics to reduce the machine tool wear during the machining process, which greatly promotes the machining and production procedure. Using the finite element simulation method, the effect of TC4 bio-mimetic wear-resistant cutter on cutting force, cutting temperature and micro-process were researched in-depth. The results verified the effect of bionic wear-resistant tool on the anti-friction process of metal cutting. On the other hand, we discussed the relationship between the effect and parameter of the tool surface non-smooth morphology is not smooth. Also, this paper revealed the basic principles of bionic wear-resisting tool anti-friction, which provides guidance for the selection of non-smooth morphology.

Abstract: A wear-proof Cr/WC system surfacing alloy with flux-cored wire was developed by using a carbon dioxide gas shielded welding method. The wear-resisting property of the surfacing alloy was studied by analyzing the average hardness, the abrasion weight loss and the microstructure of the surfacing layer. At the same time, the influence rule of the alloying element in the flux core such as Cr , WC, Mo and V on the hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer was discussed systematically. Thereby the optimum concentration of alloying element was confirmed. The results show that when the content of Cr chemical element as 5.5%~6.0%, the content of WC powder is 3.9%~4.2%, the content of Mo is 1.6%, and the content of V is limited in 3.2%, the matching of the Cr/WC surfacing alloy with flux-cored wire is suitable, and the hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer is preferable.

Abstract: The sputtering rate of Pt, Au, Fe and Co targets was researched and they were 0.059 nm/s, 0.076 nm/s, 0.050 nm/s, and 0.030nm/s respectively. A series of magnetic multilayers were prepared using the calibrated rate and the anomalous hall effect of the samples were tested, and Hall curve was in line with expectations. The sputtering rate of Pt, Au, Fe and Co targets was appropriate for sample preparation. Suitable sputtering rate play a decisive role in sample preparation.
