Abstract: Recently elliptic curve cryptosystems are widely accepted for security applications key generation, signature and verification. Cryptographic mechanisms based on elliptic curves depend on arithmetic involving the points of the curve. it is possible to use smaller primes, or smaller finite fields, with elliptic curves and achieve a level of security comparable to that for much larger integers. Koblitz curves, also known as anomalous binary curves, are elliptic curves defined over F2. The primary advantage of these curves is that point multiplication algorithms can be devised that do not use any point doublings. The ElGamal cryptosystem, which is based on the Discrete Logarithm problem can be implemented in any group. In this paper, we propose the ElGamal over Koblitz Curve Scheme by applying the arithmetic on Koblitz curve to the ElGamal cryptosystem. The advantage of this scheme is that point multiplication algorithms can be speeded up the scalar multiplication in the affine coodinate of the curves using Frobenius map. It has characteristic two, therefore it’s arithmetic can be designed in any computer hardware. Moreover, it has more efficient to employ the TNAF method for scalar multiplication on Koblitz curves to decrease the number of nonzero digits. It’s security relies on the inability of a forger, who does not know a private key, to compute elliptic curve discrete logarithm.

Abstract: This paper reports on a study on practical design principles for Web sites aiming at the support of personal Web-based health literacy among the general population, especially adults. The principles cover the construction, presentation and management of content relating such health literacy topics as healthy food intake and the value of exercising for different groups of population. The key proposition of this study is that the design of eHealth literacy information on the Web is a special case of e-learning with respect to content delivery and focus groups. We also see adults as the members of eHealth focus groups for which we need a learner-centered approach to delivering materials. Therefore, we study seven principles in some detail with the help of a user story and following published evidence gathered by experiments relating e-learning of adults: (1) multimedia enhanced content delivery of textual information, (2) contiguity or immediate vicinity, (3) modality, (4) redundancy, (5) coherence or lean presentation, (6) personalization, and (7) segmenting.

Abstract: A web service composition is able to create a new service by incorporating some existing web services. Currently, Web Service Business Process Execution Language or WS-BPEL is a promising language used to describe the web service composition. Since in the real world most of business processes have been involved temporal context and they are quite complex interaction, it is impossible to completely eliminate all failures in them. Therefore, a formal verification is required to assure the correctness and reliability of the web service composition. In this paper, timed trace theory has been applied to verify the web service composition with temporal constraints. Both safety and timing failures can be examined. Experimenting with a ticket reservation system, the proposed approach shows its effectiveness.

Abstract: There are several factors that can be used to predict a dengue fever outbreak. Almost all existing research approaches, however, usually exploit the use of a basic set of core attributes to forecast an outbreak, e.g. temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rainfall. In contrast, this research identifies new attributes to improve the prediction accuracy of the outbreak. The experimental results are analyzed using a correlation analysis and demonstrate that the density of dengue virus infection rate in female mosquitoes and seasons have strong correlation with a dengue fever outbreak. In addition, the research constructs a forecast model using Poisson regression analysis. The result shows the proposed model obtains significantly low forecasting error rate when compared it against the conventional model using only temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rainfall parameters.

Abstract: Artificial intelligent techniques are being actively applied in many applications. With their powerful learning capability of neural networks and reducing the optimizing search space by prior knowledge rules of Fuzzy systems have been proven to be rather efficiency. In this research, the hybrid Neuro-Fuzzy system (NF) is proposed to be utilized as a predictor of the Grade Point Average (GPA) of students for future planning where the Radial Basis Function (RBF) is implemented as a neuro-fuzzy system. The NFs parameters consisted of centre and width of the Gaussian membership function and weight between input layer and output layer are automatically tuned by using Genetic Algorithms (GA) referred as NF-GA. The collected data is then tested and trained through NF-GA system with Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) technique. It has been shown that our proposed model is capable of prediction GPA by accurately 93%.The performance comparison between the proposed NF-GA and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) gives performance significantly by reducing the average error of the prediction down to 10%. Keywords: Neuro-fuzzy system, Genetic Algorithms, Multiple Regression Analysis, Radial Basis Function.

Abstract: A meshless local Petrov-Galerkin method (MLPG) using Heaviside step function as a test function for solving the biharmonic equation with subjected to boundary of the second kind is presented in this paper. Nodal shape function is constructed by the radial point interpolation method (RPIM) which holds the Kroneckers delta property. Two-field variables local weak forms are used in order to decompose the biharmonic equation into a couple of Poisson equations as well as impose straightforward boundary of the second kind, and no special treatment techniques are required. Selected engineering numerical examples using conventional nodal arrangement as well as polynomial basis choices are considered to demonstrate the applicability, the easiness, and the accuracy of the proposed method. This robust method gives quite accurate numerical results, implementing by maximum relative error and root mean square relative error.
