Abstract: A program based on the SOR method have been setup for calculating the electrostatic potential inside the electron optical system (EOS). This method can deal with large domain calculation more efficiently than by using the finite difference or finite element methods. Since the MEBDW system is composed of an array of EOSs, periodic boundary conditions in the x and y directions are applied. A case of EOS is demonstrated in this paper.

Abstract: Due to non-balance among some workstations in a electronic production packaging line, according to the application of work study, 5W1H and ECRS principles, combined with the principles of line balancing the bottle-neck section of packaging line was studied and a new scheme was put forward, which makes the rate of two production line balance upgrade 22% and 15%, and 5standard manpower was saved.

Abstract: According to the power dedicated collection methods to large enterprise customers, special transformer remote data acquisition and alarm systems is proposed in this paper. A high precision signal acquisition module, DSP digital signal processor, Siemens GPRS module, VC + + software, MySQL database, used to design a comprehensive data acquisition and alarm system. The system can be used for data acquisition and remote communication special transformer operation. System software can provide real-time monitoring, special transformers, and an alarm sound and light. The operator can monitor, reactive power compensation, according to the TOU and load adjustment power factor adjustment to the business to conserve electricity. The system is proved to be reliable and stable.

Abstract: Polyvinylidene Fluoride (referred to as PVDF) piezoelectric film is a new type of polymer piezoelectric materials. Because of its light weight, thin thickness, high sensitivity, high mechanical strength, wide frequency response range and other advantages, it has the application prospect in the explosion field. In this article, film sensors were made based on the PVDF piezoelectric film, and its role in the sensors is the sensitive element. The result of the low dynamic pressure calibration tests showed that it has a very high linear degree and good reproducibility, so that it can be used for low-pressure section of the shock wave pressure measurement.

Abstract: Considering the shortcoming of low measurement precision of single scout radar in battlefield, this paper advances the scheme of multi scout radar networking. Aiming at the core problem of networking data fusion of multi scout radars, this paper conducts research and advances data fusion algorithm based on polar coordinate system. This paper provides the realization flow of data fusion algorithm and pays more attention to the problem of coordinate conversion, error calculation, weight determination and data synthesis based on weight, and advances solution. Finally, taking five radars networking for example, conducts simulation experiment and result analysis, and the results shows that whether the fusion precision of distance data or the azimuth data all has greater improvement than measurement data.

Abstract: Design a welding and micro-arc oxidation integrated pulse power toward micro-arc oxidation problems of the welding parts of aluminum, magnesium, titanium and its alloy, which can achieve the samples surface protection after welding. Adopting modular design, by adjusting PWM inverter buck and high-frequency inverter boost to get the setting voltage value, the power supplying current and voltage value via chopper inverter to realize. The hardware of system makes STM32 as the core, using CPLD as the basis to design the power control system. Software based on block control strategy applying DA to control the power parameters. Load test proved the feasibility of the power supply design. The power supply can output stable operating parameters. Polarization curve test indicated that the power supply improve the corrosion resistance of the weld joint.

Abstract: The amplitude-frequency characteristics of voltage transformer need to be measured accurately when the electrical parameters of inverter module are detected. Using frequency method to measure one electromagnetic voltage transformer entirely, the amplitude-frequency characteristics with waveform distortion and phase delay were tested and analyzed by FFT on some typical frequencies. Amplitude-frequency transfer errors were compensated by nonlinear fitting method mainly on 50Hz, 15kHz , 20kHz segment. One order and two order curve fitting of the least squares function called lsqcurvefit were simulated in the environment of MATLAB, the results proved that the two order curve fitting function has a better compensation effect.

Abstract: An optical scheme using two correlationless beams to suppress the speckle of the pico-projection system is proposed. By using two broadband beam splitters (BBS) and two high reflection mirrors, the originally incident laser beam is split into two beams. The mutual correlation coefficient between two split beams is very close to zero. We use the haze reflection based on the random scattering model to simulate light reflected from the rough surface. In simulations, light is respectively reflected from the same size flat and rough surfaces and both recorded images are compared with each other. The image from flat surface is very clear on the detector plane. On the contrary, the image from rough surface is very fuzzy and the edge is hard to figure out. The simulations show that the speckle contrast ratio (CR) is reduced from 1.0 to 0.707. We find out a solution of the speckle CR less than 0.71 when the distance between two BBSs is 2.4 mm and the thickness of each BBS is 0.4 mm. Finally, we carry out an experiment and verify the simulating results. By our analysis from the experimental data, the speckle CR can be reduced about 25% which is close to the theoretical value of 29.3%.

Abstract: The traditional synchronous trigger of blasting shock wave field is lineate. Because distributed range of testing field is very wide, the cost is high, disposing line is very inconvenient, reliability of testing system is at a discount. Now a more power node acts as synchronization trigger which starts up all sensor nodes isochronously by broadcast. The author named a synchronization technology as priority sequence. Single broadcast synchronization precision measuring experiment is made by the same testing method as Elson. The new experiment result is the error accord expectation , standard deviation normal school. The standard deviation is 6.8 of Elsons. The precision is exceed demand of shock wave field testing.

Abstract: This paper presents a system in which the cluster devices are controlled by single-chip microcomputers, with emphasis on the cluster management techniques of single-chip microcomputers. Each device in a cluster is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer collecting sample data sent to and driving the device by driving data received from the same cluster management computer through COMs. The cluster management system running on the cluster management computer carries out such control as initial SCM identification, run time slice management, communication resource utilization, fault tolerance and error corrections on single-chip microcomputers. Initial SCM identification is achieved by signal responses between the single-chip microcomputers and the cluster management computer. By using the port priority and the parallelization of serial communications, the systems real-time performance is maximized. The real-time performance can be adjusted and improved by increasing or decreasing COMs and the ports linked to each COM, and the real-time performance can also be raised by configuring more cluster management computers. Fault-tolerant control occurs in the initialization phase and the operational phase. In the initialization phase, the cluster management system incorporates unidentified single-chip microcomputers into the system based on the history information recorded on external storage media. In the operational phase, if an operation error of reading and writing on a single-chip microcomputer reaches a predetermined threshold, the single-chip microcomputer is regarded as serious fault or not existing. The cluster management system maintains accuracy maintenance database on external storage medium to solve nonlinear control of specific devices and accuracy maintenance due to wear. The cluster management system uses object-oriented method to design a unified driving framework in order to enable the implementation of the cluster management system simplified, standardized and easy to transplant. The system has been applied in a large-scale simulation system of 230 single-chip microcomputers, which proves that the system is reliable, real-time and easy to maintain.
