Abstract: Based on the TM remote sensing images in autumn 1992, 2001 and 2009, the land use change of Binhai New Area is analyzed through the ENVI software. During remote sensing images processed, Binhai New Area is collected according to the administrative zoning maps. The results of land use change are vegetation cover and water changing little, which show the ecological environment remained stable in overall Binhai New Area. At that time, the area of unused land and salt works area is reduced, and the area of land reclamation and construction sites is increased, which indicates the rapid economic development of Binhai new area in past 20 years.

Abstract: The author deeply studied agricultural mechanization level from the year of 1994 to 2012 in Changsha with Path analysis method. The research found that the peasant cultural levels, rural labor transfer rate and the peasants' income level were the leading factors deciding on agricultural mechanization level in Changsha. The direct influence of arable land per capita was not great while its indirect contribution by other influence such as the peasant cultural levels and rural labor transfer rate. Finally constructive suggestions were put forward to give impetus to develop agricultural mechanization.

Abstract: E-commerce logistics play a big role in economic activity. It can satisfy the demand through the right and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. It will create greater demand for transportation services. As e-commerce and logistics systems continue to integrate, their impacts on the physical environment will become more complex. Two environmental indices of air pollution and six development indices of e-commerce logistics are chosen. By using panel data and fixed effects, variation intercept models to measure the environmental impacts of e-commerce logistics. Results show that can e-commerce logistics have both negative and positive effects on environment. The rapidly increasing number of cars in use has negative environmental impacts.

Abstract: After the Wenchuan Earthquake, rainstorm-induced debris flows in earthquake region occurred significantly more frequently. Two large debris flows took place in Zoumaling Gully in Qingping Township, Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province during 2008 and 2010, which caused great loss to local residents. Based on model test, a forecast model for the risk range of debris flows in Zoumaling Gully was established using statistic regression methods. A hazard forecast model was established based on grey system theory, which was used to forecast the time series of recent debris flows. The results show that the forecast values are in relatively good agreement with the measured values thus can provide reference for hazard prevention and mitigation in future.

Abstract: In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of Yibin Vocational and Technical College, the old campus scale and facilities can not meet the requirements of teaching development. According to the institute of the eleventh five-year plan, the construction planning of campus culture facilities and the construction of the campus landscape culture is a great urgency. In view of the construction of water campus landscape, this paper expounds how to optimize the water environment of the campus, and build an healthy and harmonious campus landscape, in order to strengthen and promote the education work in vocational and technical college.
