Abstract: Mine is a high-risk industry and the security will have a direct impact on its reputation, economic and employees survival. In recent years, frequent coal mine accidents have caused enormous social and economic losses. Conducted scientifically and systematically, safety can eliminate harmful risk factors, reduce the occurrence of the accident and improve the security of enterprise management level. So, it is especially important to safety evaluation for the coal industry. There are many risk factors in the production process of coal mine and the factors analysis is the premise of safety evaluation. Researchers evaluated the safety status of mine by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation measure. The study was discussed on the main five factors, including personnel of condition, environmental factors, security management, coal comprehensive conditions and emergency rescue system. Establishing eighteen single factor index layer and getting the index weight values by fuzzy analytic hierarchy. Using the expert evaluation method for the 18 single factors and drawing their membership vector. Finally, combing the evaluation index and weights, it can get a general level to a coal mine in Heilongjiang by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, analyzing the practical of this method and give some advises to these analysis results.

Abstract: An Image Resolution Enhancement Technique based on Interpolation of the high frequency sub-band of colour images obtained by Discrete Wavelet Transform and the input colour image is proposed in this paper. Interpolation determines the intermediate values on the basis of observed values. One of the commonly used interpolation technique is Bicubic Interpolation. The edges are enhanced by introducing an intermediate stage by using Stationary Wavelet Transform. It is designed to overcome the lack of Translation-Invariance of Discrete Wavelet Transform. This is widely used in Signal Denoising and Pattern Recognition. Discrete Wavelet Transform is applied in order to decompose an input colour image into different sub-bands. Then the high frequency sub-bands as well as the input colour image are interpolated separately. The interpolated high frequency sub-bands and the Stationary Wavelet Transform high frequency sub-bands have the same size which means they can be added with each other. The new corrected high frequency sub-bands can be interpolated further for higher enlargement. Then all these sub-bands are combined with interpolated input image for new high resolution image by using Inverse Discrete Wavelet Transform. This has been done by MATLAB. The Peak Signal-Noise Ratio was obtained upto 5dB greater than the conventional and state-of-art image resolution enhancement techniques.

Abstract: A cluster-based network topology can increase the scalability and lifetime. However, the area around the Sink node forms a bottleneck zone due to heavy traffic-flow, which limits the network lifetime in WSN, the energy of the nodes closer to the sink node is depleted very quickly and the network die early, so it is important to ensure that the network energy dissipation is balanced. In this paper, an unequal fan-shaped clustering (UFC) model was proposed, which can lead to more uniform energy dissipation among the entire network, thus increasing network lifetime. The results show that UFC can lead to more uniform energy dissipation in a homogeneous network and prolong network lifetime.

Abstract: Focus on solving the life and reliability problems of long-life and high reliability products, a method of modeling and parameter estimation on reliability evaluation and life prediction with accelerated degradation data was proposed in this paper. In the first, three statistical methods of degradation test were analyzed, then according to the features of accelerated degradation data, the statistical model of degradation data based on pseudo-life was established. This method can effectively utilize the horizontal information of degradation data of product under different accelerated stress level, and integrate the advantage that continuous-time function model fits the degradation curve of product strongly, and improve the accuracy of reliability assessment and life prediction of product.

Abstract: This paper proposes the construction mode of a two-level distributed alarming system, in which alarms are coordinately processed by substations and control center. In substation side, we classify alarms into several grades according to the degree of their importance and send the extracted key alarms to control center, thus reduce the amount of alarm passing and ensure the transmission reliability and speed; meanwhile, we carry out alarm verification and pretreatment through information redundancy to validate alarm correctness. In control center side, we integrate the data of ordinary Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and the alarms received directly from substations, and carry out comprehensive fault reasoning and correctness verification. In order to illustrate the feasibility of the substation-control center distributed alarming system, the overall structure, substation smart alarm (SSA), control center smart alarm (CCSA) and cooked data transmission of this construction mode will be discussed in detail.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the basic principle of RTK technology, system composition, technical features, error and method of use, and in Qingdao in 2014 world horticultural exposition mountain planting location lofting operation steps of the construction process and applied research, and using GPS RTK in mountain meshing, point in the engineering survey lofting, the curve lofting precision experiment was carried out comparative analysis the result of the measurement. Through the discussion of this article we learned how to use the GPS RTK in the mountain projects layout and positioning, and for the GPS RTK in mountain project lofting, demonstrates the possibility and advantages of location lofting construction laid a foundation for later project.

Abstract: Lead users participation in NPD was closely related with production mode. This paper analyzed the evolution of production mode and the relationship between the user participation. it proposed the behavior mode of lead users participation in NPD in mass manufacturing mode. Furthermore, it analyzed the change and proposed the behavior mode of lead users participation in NPD in mass customization. Based on this, it reach the conclusion that manufacturers should establish lead users continuous participation platform so that the role of lead users can be played more effectively.
