Abstract: According to the different engine materials and mechanical properties, we use sound spectrum detection methods to check mechanical noise. We design a system to monitor the consistency of the engine material mechanical properties. The system should be prior to detect and store the object sound spectrum characteristics, then according to the typical standard parts, do a lot of experiments through the frequency-domain analysis algorithm. The experimental results show the system has the very good identification characteristics for source frequency relatively stable mechanical system. So the system in the product identification, design, consistency evaluation plays an important role.

Abstract: Some pure and abstract designs are always taught to be made by man. Actually such enormous shapes are found in nature, where there are complicated varieties of patterns derived from simple natural structures. Studying on nature on some moments such as volcano blasts, landscape sceneries or inner parts of wood can be a fascinating design done by the creator. Some African textile designs are designed based on these natural design structures. Other design samples can also be taken from animals skins pattern, plants, or natural phenomena such as water and sky. This paper introduces some methods to produce textile design from available objects in our surrounding such as inner parts of trees, landscapes viewed from the top or volcano blasts using as alternative sources. These natural phenomena are also used as an input for a real color adventure for textile design. Snapping photos of these amazing structures, textile designers can design textile fabrics based on these structures for upholstery use.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with an optimization design for the solar car body under a single load is carried out by using finite element optimization design (FEOD) model. Topology optimization and sizing optimization are explored to find out an optimal manufacturing feasible design from multiple optimized designs of material reinforcement of the solar car body for rigidity improvement. The application of these methods demonstrates that through innovative utilization of the topology optimization technique, an optimal manufacturing feasible design can be obtained. The relationship between the rigidity improvement and different configuration of material reinforcement is also investigated. It is concluded that through appropriate application of FEOD methods, the overall rigidity of the solar car body framework can be improved substantially in a cost effective manner and provides more convincing evidence for optimization design of the solar car body. The results demonstrate that the optimized solar car body is safer and lighter.

Abstract: Basic on dynamic analytic method and the trajectory sensitivity index to determine the optimal installation location , this paper propose a new D-STATCOM configuration method to synthesize the index of nodes voltage stability. The trajectory sensitivity index can reflect the general dynamic support effect under various faults, the best configuration scheme can be determined. The result reflect the new method have better play the role of dynamic reactive power compensation device. IEEE39 node system take as the example, the results show the effectiveness of the new method.

Abstract: The article deals with the welding fixture design for the rear headrest bracket of Audi. The fixture has to ensure the right position of individual components, because well done weld is the necessity of passenger ́s and transport safety. As the first, the 3D model of products was created then the fixture (and its components) was designed and at last the virtual model of the welding table for automated production was prepared in software Autodesk Inventor Professional. On the base of the model, the real fixture was manufactured and its functionality was verified in real production. The efficiency of the whole welding process increased several times in comparison with the previous hand welding activities. The initial costs invested in the automated process start-up have returned very quickly.

Abstract: As one of the forms and shapes of modern furniture design, folding furniture is a reflection of increasing aestheticism and daily life, being the inevitable trend of the variety of furniture design. Folding dining table is mainly for the young in the city, displaying its fashion and novelty from its shape and interior structure; projecting its perfect combination of traditional material and modern craftmanship from selecting the proper material; presenting the concept of creating the need to boost consumption by studying the products aesthetic value and human value. This article is to predict the future trend of modern funiture design through the above-mentioned three aspects.

Abstract: A trunk lid plate is taken as an example and Fiberglass-reinforced PET material is used to replace steel for weight-saving in this paper. Chooseinjection molding as plates forming methodto find the optimal parameters in given range. To predict plastic parts warpage under different injection parameters and find the optimal parameters, the method of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used.

Abstract: A device to control the amount of seeding is designed, which replaces the people in the entire reseeding process of double digging, planting, covering soil. So the work efficiency is improved. According to the design requirements of the seeding device, Solid Edge V18 software is used to build 3D model. On the software platform, the parts are designed and assembled. The correctness of the design scheme and feasibility is confirmed. Linkage has two functions such as blocking soil and protecting the seed. Using the software for 3D modeling greatly shortens the design cycle, improves design efficiency and design quality, and reduces the cost.

Abstract: With increasing people awareness about situation of fuel in the world, the number of enthusiasts will be added to use solar energy every day. According to usage and importance of this energy, while be low-cost and be accessible for everyone, one may develop process of using solar energy faster, easier and more pleasure for people. This study, by designing Fresnel compact and portable solar cooker as one of the most useful product, is tried to answer to contemporary community needs in order to keeping environment healthy and users favorite. The aim is user-centered designing of solar cooker based on the interaction design strategy and environmental sustainability goals in order to use at home or picnic in addition to save materials and energy as well as to provide a pleasure cooking for family. By making use of library as well as field research by employing questionnaire, personal interview and observation manners, design criteria are obtained and finally, the premier design with details is illustrated.
