Abstract: The identification of key producer service factors is of great significance to promote the producer service network construction and speed up the high-end manufacturing development. Based on grey relational analysis theory, this research proposes the methods to identify the key service factors of China's high-end manufacturing producer service value network, and then validates it by the relevant industries data and practical application analysis. The global analysis shows that the key producer service factors are scientific research and technical services, business services, and financial services, etc. Moreover, the industry-classified analysis shows that the key service factors of different industries are different. Thus the China's government should develop the structural embedded producer services, enhance the capacity of scientific research and technical services, promote marketing channel construction, improve the financial services level, and take different policies and measures according to the specific situations of different high-end manufacturing industries.

Abstract: With the guidance of sustainable development strategy, countries around the world poured to carry out the conception of circular economy into the strategy of protecting ecological environment. As an important mode of circular economy, Renewable Resource Industry increasingly draw every parts of worlds attention. However, the Renewable Resource Industry is a typical Institutional Economy, which needs the role of government as well as the market mechanism. However, Renewable Resources Industry is in the primary stage of development, whose policy system is not thorough and guiding concept is not clear. In this background, guided by the full life cycle theory and collaborative theory, starting from the features and realistic demand of Renewable Resources Industry, the authors structure an industrial synergy policy framework for Renewable Resources Industry, which including design policy, manufacturing policy, consumption policy, recycle policy, demands policy and government policy. The research findings provide us with systematic ideas and methods to make the Renewable Resources Industry policy.

Abstract: To MTO on-line manufacturers, one of the most popular time-based competitive strategies is to widely advertise a uniform delivery time guarantee to all the customers. While providing time guarantee can be an effective marketing approach, it is critical for firms to reduce lead time to keep the promise. Decreasing lot size in batching is one of the most important levers to compress lead time in operation. This research expands existing blanket delivery-time guarantee models by integrating operation approach and marketing approach. The online manufacturers guaranteed delivery time model with order batching is established. Some analytic results are provided, and numerical examples are conducted to provide further insight into the problem. The effects of batch processing setup cost, unit inventory holding cost and unit compression cost of transportation time are analyzed. The results indicate that when batch processing setup cost decrease, unit inventory holding cost or unit compression cost of transportation time increase, the online manufacturer should decrease the lot size and shorten the guaranteed delivery time. The customers time and price sensitivities have adverse influences on the manufacturers delivery time decision.

Abstract: Partnership is the successful implementation of green supply chain management. Now, supply chain partnership is becoming worse and worse because of the lack of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In order to optimize the supply chain partnership, we study the partner selection from the perspective of corporate social responsibility. We construct a payoff matrix of leading companies and cooperative companies in supply chain, and analyze the game relationship between partner selection of supply chain and fulfilment of corporate social responsibility. Our findings show that partner selection depends on the fulfilment level of corporate social responsibility, and leading companies prefer to cooperate with companies with a high degree of social responsibility in green supply chain. Furthermore, the successful establishment of cooperation can encourage companies to fulfil social responsibility consciously. These findings provide support for green supply chain management in the areas of partner selection, harmonious relationship establishment, and social responsibility fulfillment.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of transforming high-quality idea into users' needs, a process model obtaining user demand for fuzzy front end was proposed, which was applied to product innovation design process of pneumatic butterfly valve. This process model covered the key businesses, such as market analysis of the goal, needs analysis, idea analysis, needs evaluation and needs determination, etc. Needs characteristic of user has been discussed in detail. Three kinds of need patterns of demand pull, technology-driven and hybrid form have been analyzed. Pointed out the hierarchical needs structure, function structure diagram and technology roadmap are the key technologies of acquiring user demand.

Abstract: The agricultural products wholesale market holds an important part in the circulation of agricultural products in China. Regarding the construction planning for the agricultural productswholesale market as the aim of study, this paper systematically deeply studies the issues of wholesale market arranging from planning, construction to operation and management for building innovatively the construction planning model based on the wholesale market. The model is a conceptual one that consists of three related submodels, covering all the respects of the market from its beginning to development.Thismodel will offer the theoretical support and the methodical basis for construction and operation of the agricultural products wholesale market.

Abstract: As the continuous progress of the economy, developing produce services industry vigorously has become an important measure to promote the economic development and economic structural optimization, improve the efficiency of social operation. We first built the DEA model for the evaluation of producer services efficiency, and empirical researched the efficiency evaluation of the western producer services industry on this basis using the data from 2000 to 2011 year; then we analyzed the influencing factors by using the TOBIT model. The result shows that the producer services in western China are increasing returns to scale, and technical progress is the main force driving the development of the producer services. In addition, the technological level and government support have important impacts on the efficiency of producer services; the degree of specialization and division of labor, the economic level also play pivotal roles.

Abstract: Green procurement, as a new procurement model, has made tremendous progress in recent years, but read through the existing literatures, we found the lack of systematic collation of existing research. This paper collated and analyzed the relevant existing literature, discussed from selection and evaluation of green supplier, the influence of implementing of green procurement, countermeasures for further development of green procurement three aspects. In the end, this paper pointed out the lack of existing research and future development direction. As inductive summary of previous research results, this article maybe will inspire and guide the researchers in this area.
