Abstract: The article deals with the mould running system design. The goal of design presented in the article was to propose the mould form so to be achieved the minimum waste for selected component. Studied component is intended to serve as a stopper in the automotive spotlight. The waste is considered the material that solidifies in the volume of plastic inside the running system. 3D model of the mould was created in Autodesk Inventor Proffesional software and then solidification of material was simulated in Autodesk Moldflow Insight software. There were designed three alternatives of running system at which the waste amount was evaluated. On the basis of the best solution, the real form was manufactured and placed into the injection moulding machine Arburg Allrounder 320 C.

Abstract: The technology and performance overhaul of prefabricated green rubber track series products are in full compliance with the construction of sports venues and the development trend of green concept advocated in current society, which indicates the broad market prospects of the product. This paper mainly applies the methods of documentary, mathematical statistics, field surveys and so on, to analyze the development background of prefabricated green rubber track products and Tongxin series products of Guangzhou in China. The research results show that compared with traditional polyurethane plastic track, prefabricated green rubber track series have five significant advantages over technology and performance, which can help gain more benefits; Tongxin series products of Guangzhou have advantages in content, attribute, scope, type, and cost performance; Tongxin products performance is excellent and outstanding, thus the products have obvious advantages and the team has strong strength.

Abstract: In this paper, we have a research of expert system application in forest fire prevention. Carefully analyzing and studying the method and the way of extinguishing forest fire, hard summarizing the domestic and international forest fire prevention technique, making use of the expert system, the WEB technique and the technique of COM, We have designed a network expert system which may predict the fire and may save reasonable with a fire after taking place.

Abstract: The excellent suppliers are the guarantee for smooth operation of green supply chain. While the scientific green supplier evaluation system is the foundation of supplier selection. The article analyzes the characteristics of supplier selection criterion system in green supply chain, and lists the common evaluation criterion. To construct a more reasonable evaluation system, the method of information gain analysis is introduced into the paper, which can handpick the criterions reasonably.

This article discusses at the height of humanization design that green material is necessary in future material application of product design, with the starting point of ecodevelopment; Under the theory of people-oriented design, smart material turns into the supporting material in future material selection of high-tech product; advanced composite is the leading trend in material application of future product design. This article will elaborate the future direction and the main trend of material research from the above three aspects.

Abstract: Using ginseng, wild wine and acetic acid to the orthogonal experiment method to determine the fermentation process, low temperature and cryogenic grinding fermentation brewing vinegar. The results showed that: cryogenic grinding with a significant impact on the quality of the wine, the best ginseng vinegar fermentation parameters for initial dosage of 6% alcohol, fermentation temperature was 31 °C, fermentation time was 96h.By mixed fermentation Changbai Mountain forest berries and ginseng significantly alter the flavor of vinegar.

Abstract: The chemical oxygen demand and permanganate index in 2012 in Jiuzhaigou water environment were discussed, and their mutual relations were researched. Theoretical references for the establishment of river water pollution prevention mechanisms were provided. The ratio of chemical oxygen demand and permanganate index is 2.71:1, and their linear regression equation is y = 3.337x - 0.7519.

Environmental Regulation's Influence on Performance Evaluation of Manufacturing Enterprises in China
Abstract: The manufacturing is very important in China. However, environmental regulation has influence on performance of manufacturing enterprises. Effective environmental regulation can control pollution and improve the profits of manufacturing enterprises. It makes the environmental protection and economic growth at the optimum status of common development. This paper use panel data analysis to study the influence of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises and evaluate the overall performance. The results show that environmental regulation can improve profit margins and promote the performance of manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Circular economy is a kind of economic growth pattern that utilizes resource circularly with low consumption, low emission and high efficiency. Upon the basis of circular economy theory to study the construction of green supply chain, with applied case study method, it reached the conclusions that: 1) The circular economys development is a staged process, it needs to plan at industry level; 2) Circular economy involves the whole industrial chain of production layout; and 3) Government can promote the green supply chain management and construction of circular economy through sharing resources and infrastructure.

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization in our country, noise pollution has become the fourth largest environment pollution in our country but water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution, which is the widest influence of traffic noise. In recent years, with the development of automobile industry and urban transportation, road traffic noise pollution in Harbin phenomenon is increasingly prominent, which seriously affected the People's daily life. Through detailed survey we found that the research on road traffic noise pollution situation in Harbin is very less, and part of the evaluation is not accurate. In this paper, firstly the characteristics of road traffic noise and noise evaluation index selection is discussed in detail. The xuefu road sections in Harbin city traffic noise and traffic noise pollution monitoring research in detail strict accordance with national standards. According to monitoring data of xuefu road traffic noise pollution source in time and space distribution analysis, the roughly the time distribution and spatial distribution of xuefu road traffic flow. By the overall analyzed monitoring data characteristic, the xuefu road traffic noise pollution is serious. According the previous analysis and research, the researchers find out the main factors influencing the xuefu road traffic condition, and we puts forward some countermeasures for the noise reduction. Through the study of this paper, that is to Harbin city xuefu road for the future of the road traffic noise monitoring and management work provide favorable basis, and it has good practical application value. It aimed at Harbin city road traffic noise control, urban planning and construction, provide theoretical basis for government decisions.
