Abstract: Successful implementation of ERP systems should take full advantage of the access to information, but not be constrained by many of the deficiencies associated with infinite capacity scheduling methodologies. In this paper an algorithm is developed which improves the performance of the ERP system. Lot sizing decisions based on capacity availability are used as an instrument to integrate more effectively capacity requirements planning (CRP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). MRP is a planning tool for a sub-set of manufacturing system specially in hierarchal multi-product, multi-period and multi-stage production planning and inventory control system. The Vehicle used for this integration is planned order release (POR) quantity. The algorithm requires minimal deviation from the MRP logic. In this sequential process MRP first issues the action notices and then the algorithm analyses the capacity situation in the work centers. The algorithm scans all planned order release quantities of lower level items in the action bucket before orders are released to the shop. For each item a delta value is computed identifying the degree orders are contributing to capacity problems. This delta is specific to each POR. The POR causing the highest overload and the one passing through the lowest utilized work centers are selected for a lot size decrease, respectively, an increase. After identifying the candidates, a series of checks analyses the suitability of the candidates for that change. The planned order release quantities of more items can be performed. Projected capacity profile after iteration will be updated and capacity requirements over a short duration are smoothed. The experiments are performed with MAP/3000 as a simulation model for this study. The developed algorithm is added to MAP/3000 as additional subroutines. The design of the experiments consists of a base test identifying the significance of different environmental parameters of MRP systems and a main test which performs a detailed evaluation. The results are evaluated using analysis of variance techniques. Most ERP systems built on the historical development of MRP and CRP systems, and the assumption of infinite capacity is affecting the performance of those systems badly. This paper is presenting an algorithm to smooth capacity problems by using the existed capacity.

Abstract: With the development of the global economy, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure. The service outsourcing industry becomes a new increasing point of economy during the process of industrial structural adjustment. Heilongjiang province should make this as an important measure to enhance the pace of industrial structure adjustment. In this context, this essay introduced the Porter Diamond Theory to study the actual situation of Heilongjiangs service outsourcing industry from the aspects of productive factors, need analysis, related supportive industries and so on. As a result, two factors appears to be the crucial elements of this industry: the lack of talents who are applicable to it and the inability of enterprises of service outsourcing to hold the package.

Abstract: Inventory is an important link in supply chain, according to characteristics and objectives of inventory control, the reasonable safety inventory, order point, the highest inventory and inventory strategy were determined based on historical sales data. Using Witness simulation software, the optimal strategy was selected from nine inventory strategies by running simulation model for one year. If goods shortage was allowing, the seventh schemes (72000,158100) was better ,the minimum total cost was 888158 yuan ; considering allowing a small amount of shortage, the cost of eighth schemes ( 82000,158100) was least of 1095167; the third scenarios (92000,138100) was selected if without shortage, and the minimum total cost was 1254909 yuan. This shows, the application of computer simulation to assist in the management of inventory is scientific and feasible, it can help enterprises to save the order and operation cost.

Abstract: The lack of performance evaluation for standardization management is a difficult problem for the sustainable development of construction industry. Based on this, this article on the basis of lean construction theory, starting from the standardized management of the key problems of lean construction, proposed a new lean construction of standardization management in the process of performance evaluation index system, to give "quality, cost, time limit for a project" trinity, the standardization of management performance evaluation system to support the decision-making to provide key information to lay the foundation.

With Analytic Hierarchy Process, this paper calculates the effect degrees of these factors. The form of the level of the factors is established. This paper formulates the mathematical methods that can evaluate the reliability of the crew organization of high-speed railway.

Abstract: On the foundation of fully understand the nature of different palm oil, combining with some practical problems of bulk shipment of palm oil, a series of discussions and advices were provided in the process of cargo operationthe cargo loading and discharging, safe washing operation and cargo management during voyage. The present thesis aims to provide references for safety shipment of palm oil according to personal experiences on board.

Abstract: Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is a project-based climate mitigation scheme under the Kyoto Protocol. Since 2007, China has become the largest CDM credit supplier in the world. With the promotion of CDM projects, a flexible, consensus-seeking network that involves a variety of public and private actors has continuously been evolving. This paper provides a preliminary network analysis of how a wide range of public and private actors have been involved in the market-based CDM activities. It focuses on the development of action network and how the structural and interactive features of the network have impacted the policy outcomes. The paper concludes China has developed comprehensive action network for participating in the emission reduction activities, and the features of the network clearly reflect characteristics of Chinese political regime. Although China leads in CDM project activities, some regulatory measures may have the negative impacts on the full exertion of its potentials.

Abstract: A with the rapid development of e-commerce, the influence of online retailers gradually increased, vendors sell their products through online retailers have become an inevitable choice in the era of e-commerce. Vendors and online retailers have fundamental differences in the channel control, distribution of benefits, resulting in the presence of both cooperation and competition between the two sides. In this paper, using replicator dynamics model, combined with non-symmetric matrix, analysis of evolution trend between independent Internet retailers and suppliers cooperation competition game, and proposes relevant suggestions accordingly trend.

Abstract: A two-level dual-channel supply chain model was established in which retailer had his own direct channel. Game model was constructed based on two cases of decentralized and centralized decision-making. Pricing strategies of manufacturer and retailer were studied. Impacts of different channel and different sale entities on manufacturer and retailer were examined. Results show that when channel substitution increases and market share of retailer direct channel is small, retailer should choose to give up direct channel and focus on retail channel sales and take direct channel as means of propaganda and brand promotion. When the difference of sale entities reduces, consumers can get more surplus.
