Abstract: s. Aluminum Sheets-with-ribs has many advantages. The problems of hull weight and structure strength of ACV have been solved by the application of aluminum sheets-with-ribs. The mechanical properties of different aluminum sheets-with-ribs have been compared in this paper, the finite element modeling method of sheets-with-ribs structure in ACV has been studied, and a simplified and reasonable approach has been proposed.

Abstract: A self-centering bridge pier joint consists of energy dissipaters and elastic recovery devices. Energy dissipaters such as energy dissipating bars and dampers can dissipate enough energy; and elastic recovery devices like unbounded prestressed tendons can reduce the post earthquake residual deformation. Combined with relevant literature in this field, this paper analyzes the research status in terms of experimental research, numerical simulation and engineering application of self-centering bridge pier joints and proposes a direction for future research.

Abstract: An approach based on finite element analysis is presented to analyze the free vibration of coupled beams with spring-mass attachments. The equation of motion of the beam system with attachments is established by conventional finite element method. The natural frequencies and the associated mode shapes are obtained from the generalized eigenvalue problem. It is found that the results from the proposed method agree well with those from analytical methods in the literature.

Abstract: From the article of Analyze on a coupled beam vibration system by FEM (I): theory, equation of motion of the beam system with attachments is established by conventional finite element method, and some parameters, such as natural frequencies, associated mode shapes, are obtained. The mode localization and frequency loci veering phenomena of a weakly coupled beam system with multiple spring-mass systems are investigated. Studies show that for weakly coupled beam system with attachments, the mode localization and loci veering will occur once there is a disorder in the system.

Abstract: Strategies of human balance when standing up from static equilibrium strategy began. The paper use bio-mechanical principles study human balance strategies, we will first discuss the stability of the human body measurement problems, and then discuss the footballer walking process disturbed the balance of input recovery strategy, and the results of this study provide enhancements for the body to balance the theoretical support.

Abstract: The impacting of liquid droplet on the liquid film appears in many engineering processes. In the fusion reactor, liquid metal is used as the heat transfer media, moderator and breeder in the condition of high heat flux. The paper analyzes the flow behavior of liquid droplet impinging on the liquid film from the aspects of experiment research. In the impinging, splashing means the production of secondary drop coming from the cusp of the crown flow or Worthington jet. Impinging velocity, liquid film thickness, droplet diameter, fluid properties and impinging angle have been analyzed separately.

Abstract: In the action of bending load and axial compression, the deflection of the beam presents character of compression-flexure. For the thin-walled carbon fiber laminated box beam column, the beam deflections not only relate with load but also with the ply angle of layer, span width ratio. By using the experimental method, this paper this paper focuses on the experimental investigations of the compression-flexure characters of the laminated box beam column, in which the features of beam deflection variation with the span width ratio, ply angle, the axial compression ratio are given.

Abstract: The multi-floor frame structure of partial discontinuity used lead rubber pad as the base isolation device. The paper had modal analysis of its earthquake response before and after isolation, focused on comparing the period under Tianjin wave before and after the isolation, which concluded the isolation effect of lead rubber isolation pad on the frame structure.
