Abstract: It is very important to recycle and deal with them effectively for environment protection resources saving. In this paper, on the basis of relevant knowledge of classified recycling, we combine the situation of our surveying actually, establish electronic information platform which is suitable waste electronics. More important being, we design a recovery bins can be classified recycling battery. What’s more, according to the waste electronics recycling system, we put forward to increase the recovery rate and the better classified recycling.

Abstract: For the attitude control of flying wing UAV, need to consider the problems of model parameters perturbation and external disturbances, and resolve the special problems of redundant control surfaces and nonlinear control efficiency. The control problem of attitude tracking is investigated based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and multi-object nonlinear control allocation. ESO are designed to estimate and compensate for disturbance. It can improve both the robustness and control performance of the control system. Control allocation make full use of the redundant control effectors to realize the integrated tradeoff multi-object control allocation under varying flight conditions and missions.

Abstract: The investigation about traveling wave solutions of nonlinear equations is an important and interesting subject because they play important role in understanding the nonlinear problems. By using the (G′/G)-expansion method proposed recently, we construct the travelling wave solutions involving parameters for the Hirota and Satsuma equations. The travelling wave solutions are expressed by the hyperbolic functions, the trigonometric functions and the rational functions. The numerical simulation figures are shown.

Abstract: According to the complex system multi-Agent modeling and simulation overall method, using the replication dynamic mechanism of biological evolution, under the condition of unknown number "participants", to establish a simple example of capacity and capacity in advance before production implementation after introducing oligopolistic competition among the enterprises in both cases the capacity of decision-making game simulation of evolutionary game model is set up, discuss the investment enterprises “blindly enter-into” in “the wave phenomenon”. Through distinguishing the cause of excess capacity as market and nonmarket factors, we think that to curb overcapacity in China should follow the overall train of thought.

Abstract: Based on the detailed analysis of the STL file format, VC++ 6.0 programming language was used to extract the STL ASCII and binary file information, at the same time, using the OpenGL triangle drawing technology for graphical representation of the STL file, with rendering functions such as material, coordinate transformation, lighting, et al, finally realizing the loading and three-dimensional display of STL ASCII and binary file formats.

Abstract: Based on analysis and research on the Wire cutting Electrical Discharge Machining process , developers could set up the whole system frame and each component mold ,as well as each component mold of function .At the same time ,developers researched the technique of Component Object Model , used the technique of Dynamic Link Library to realize the graphic input, used the technique of ActiveX to realize the code of Number Control imitation , established the whole database based on Access, successfully, realizing AutoCAD graphic input , taking the data processing and calculating the order of the cut, and then producing the postprocessing files, finally realizing all of NC code imitation .

Abstract: There are many comprehensive efficiency evaluation problems in socioeconomic system, which are also taken as grey multi-criteria decision problems. Based on grey system theory and vector projection theorem, the grey relation projection method combines module with angle cosine to fully reveal the close degree of multiple decision schemes and the ideal scheme. Grey relation projection method considers spatial influences of factor indexes and is applicable to the situation of small sample and discrete data. However, traditional grey relation projection method can not solve the problem of sorting schemes with the same projection. On account of TOPSIS method, this paper studies bidirectional grey relation multi-criteria decision method on the basis of positive and negative ideal points from the perspective of vector projection, and constructs a bidirectional grey relation projection close degree calculating model. Analysis on application example shows that the method put forward in this paper has preferable feasibility and rationality.

Abstract: Development of 3D printing technology rapidly and widely used in machinery manufacturing. 3D printing business is much, but the efficient equipment is deficiency. Methods of 3D models collecting, processing and online displaying were studied. A 3D printing service platform was constructed based on Cloud computing technology. The service program was developed by ASP. The background of the platform was managed by MySQL database. CAD files were displayed on a HTML5 browser by WebGL. A 3D printer owner released the 3D printer information, users searched printers and uploaded models data. The models were manufactured by remote online printers. The platform provides excellent products manufacturing environment for 3D printer owners and users. Products and printers are full information sharing. The economic benefit is rich.

Abstract: GML is the encoding specification of geospatial data, more and more geospatial data are represented in GML documents. It’s efficient to use database technologies to manage and maintain the geospatial data described by GML. The index in a database can help to locate the tuples for a query. In order to query GML data efficiently, appropriate index structure should be designed. In this paper, a method to build path index for the GML document is proposed based on its storage schema. The path index records the sequences and levels of elements in the GML document. Tuples stored in tables can be quickly located for a query with the path index, and the structure information recorded in the path index can help to reconstruct the GML document.

Abstract: Practical training plays a significant role in engineering subjects. In communication engineering, most of universities provide communication test cabinets or simulation software for practical training. These can make students understand the basic principles of local modules, while cannot provide a whole view of communication systems. Our work constructs a practical training project of telecommunications experiential platform, consisting of hardware communication facilities and software operation systems, realizing multi-user operating practice. This telecommunications experiential platform can train more than 40 students simultaneously and has proved to be economic and efficient in practical teaching.
