Abstract: In this paper, three-dimensional models of the long range rocket artillery launch guider is created by Pro/E software, and the virtual prototype of the long range rocket artillery launch guider is built based on ADAMS software. Finally, the author analyzes the virtual prototype with dynamics simulation, taking the launch guider's firing for exampel. It ends with the variance of characteristics of launch guider under different angular circumstance based on the analysis of simulation results and corresponding charts. The result proves the correctness and feasibility of the virtual prototype of the long range rocket artillery launch guider. It has the great significance to the lifetime prediction, structural design, fault diagnosis of the long range rocket artillery.

Abstract: Introducing the principle, which the magnetostrictive displacement sensor is based on, and the gauging to small shifting is given in this paper. These sensor possess the peculiarities of high precision, long-life and easy to assemble. The gauging to small shifting belongs to the major characteristics test to artillery. On account of the faultiness existing testing means, this method is submitted to the characteristics test of artillery. Which magnetostrictive displacement sensor is applied to the shifting measure. By means of tests, the conclusion could be given that this method is easy to operate, automatic, high testing precision and widely used.

Abstract: The probability of frontal collision is the highest in the vehicle collision accidents, and crew injury mechanism of frontal collision is an attractive research subject. Based on the multi-rigid-body dynamics, a “vehicle-crew-belt” dynamics model is introduced, and software Pc-crash is used to simulate dynamic responses of this multi-rigid-body model by referencing basic parameters of FMVSS law. Dynamic response characteristics between the vehicle and the crew body are analyzed so as to expound the link between the vehicle movement and human-body injury. The result shows that a reliable evaluation of frontal collision is achieved, which provides a theory basic and practical reference for the research of accident injury.

Abstract: When designing certain artillery’s planetary transmission of fluid gearbox, it is hard to calculate by general design method, because the plant frame is abnormity three-dimensional entity, and the plants distortion affects the contact stress of joggled gear tooth. In this paper, by the APDL language programmer, the three-dimensional entity of certain artillery’s planetary transmission is established; the finite three-dimensional contact is analyzed by ANSYS; the plants distortion affects is discussed by the choice of the constant FTOLN and FKN, the influence is analyzed that the plant frame’s distortion to the stress of joggled gear wheels, as a result, the planet frame’s transmutation quantity is direct proportion with the gear wheel’s most joggled stress by ANSYS.

Abstract: In order to diagnose the fault, the fault of the unnormal automatic shift function of tracked vehicle is diagnosed by the FTA-FMEA method, according to the step of determine the top event, FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) qualitative analysis, self-checking and self-repairing by the user unit, FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) analysis and locate the fault. The conclusion of the study can be conveniently guiding self-repairing by the user unit or repairing by the next higher level repair unit. Practice has proved, this method is simple and feasible, with high accuracy, has very important significance to guide the tracked vehicle repair.

Abstract: If a certain type of tracked artillery to keep driving straight, it’s mobile devices must make the lef and the right speed equal to two tracks winding movement. But in the actual moving process, due to the poor working conditions,such as mud and water erosion, sand grinding, undulating slopes, etc, in the case of uneven wear on both sides of the track, tracked artillery in use for some time, and sometimes there will be automatic deviation phenomenon. For this failure phenomenon, the use of the vehicle and steering theory, from the track wear inconsistent, inconsistent tightness, old and new with inconsistencies and change on both sides of the road wheel locating inconsistencies four aspects of a certain type of tracked artillery deviation phenomenon analyzed, by analyzing the proposed treatment measures.

Abstract: The article have described the optimization of the engine performance problem as nonlinear multi-objective programming, and have analyzed the operation principle of the variable cycle engine, made models of maximum thrust , maximum unit thrust, minimum oil consumption, and then adopts the genetic algorithm to solve the model, gained the guide vane angle of CDFS,the guide vane angle of low-pressure.Turbine and the nozzle throat area when the performance is optimal . It is a problem about multi-objective optimization, obtained a series of satisfactory solution and then selected a set of approximate optimal solution as the final argument. Lastly, The matlab software is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.

Abstract: The transmission between title bar information of engineering drawing and PDM is a key factor to realize design of engineering drawing based on PDM platform. This paper primarily adopts Object ARX to conduct secondary development of AutoCAD so that the title bar and related information of engineering drawing in the PDM system can be transmitted between AutoCAD and PDM.

Abstract: According to the detecting technical requirements of the new self-propelled artillery hydraulic system, the design of critical hardware components is described in detail. Online state testing, technical evaluation and fault diagnosis of multi-model hydraulic self-propelled artillery system is realized by using data fusion techniques and using fault diagnosis method on knowledge reasoning of multi-sensor data fusion based. After the trial, the device has strong comprehensive, good versatility and high stability of the characteristics.

Abstract: Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.
