Abstract: This paper presents research on the development of technologies for highly filled building material of low flammability based on CMSW. An affordable and effective fire retardant. The studies assessing the effect of the proportion of components of the molding composition, compaction pressure when forming the product on the final properties of the material.

Abstract: The term "sustainable development" came in to use in 20th century and can be regarded as the set of mind notion. The International Union of Architects by the Copenhagen Declaration (December 7th, 2009), noted that "the concept of sustainability project" recognizes that all architectural and urban objects are part of a complex interactive system linked to their natural environment" [1]. The search for modern energy efficient building materials and technologies should be linked to the energy-efficient landscaping and typological object organization. Proposed scientific method provides the criteria of "sustainability project" in terms of modern energy efficient building materials usage. The modern construction materials building projected method suggested to be the part of complex interactive system linked to its natural surroundings based on the object energy-efficient organization properties (architectural, landscape and typological).

Abstract: The ring test method is used to evaluate the behavior of concrete under restrained shrinkage. Four kinds of environmental conditions (20±1°C, RH60±5%; 35±1°C, RH60±5%; 50±1°C, RH15±5%; 65±1°C, RH15±5%) were designed to investigate the effect the environmental condition on the shrinkage behavior of concrete prepared with different kinds of mineral admixtures. The results show that higher temperature and lower relative humidity can increase the risk of shrinkage cracking. The addition of different mineral admixtures increases the shrinkage of concrete at room conditions. In the case of higher temperature and lower relative humidity, the addition of mineral admixtures can delay the shrinkage cracking in the test duration.

Abstract: The subway foundation pit engineering is an engineering of high risk, it is great significance to evaluate the risk scientifically and accurately for making the security decision. Therefore, in this study a risk assessment approach based variable weights and matter-element extension was put forward. Firstly, the matter-element extension model was built. Secondly, calculate the degree of closeness of the matter element and determine the risk level according to the degree of closeness. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis has been made through the variable weights. Finally, with engineering concrete example, this paper analyzed the risk of the pit body structure supported by the underground continuous wall and points out the sensitivity of indicators. The results show that the evaluation method can be more widely used in engineering than other evaluation methods.

Abstract: Implement the waste sawdust that has widely regarded as a partial sand replacement material to produce sawdust concrete. The replacement ratio are 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, by using orthogonal test, analyzed the mechanical and heat preservation and heat insulation property and got an optimal replacement ratio. Besides, the deficiencies of this research have also been proposed.

Abstract: The electrochemical behaviors of Q420 hot galvanized plate in the simulated concrete pore solution are studied by means of polarization curves and AC impedance. The result shows that, when the Q420 galvanized plate is in the simulated concrete pore solution, the stable and protective calcium zincate grains can be produced on the coating surface of the galvanized steel, so that the coating can enter the passive state and prevent the further corrosion of zinc in the alkaline environment. When the carbonification occurring in the concrete reduces the pH of medium or changes the medium environment due to the intrusion of Cl-, some small corrosion pores occur at the grain boundary of zinc grain first, then the calcium zincate grain Ca [Zn (OH)3]2·2H2O begins to be produced near the small pores, and with the gradual growth of calcium zincate grain, the zinc layer surface is gradually coated to form the protective layer with gradually increasing corrosion resistance. After the zinc base is fully coated by the calcium zincate grain, the corrosion current density declines to about the critical passive value, and the zinc layer is in the passive state. When Cl- enters the corrosive concrete environment, Cl- will destroy the primary corrosion product film calcium zincate covering the galvanized coating, so that the galvanized coating can enter the active state again.

Abstract: Reconstruction is an important trend in construction. It helps in solving the housing problems of the Russian Federation in the present conditions , as 4-5 floor buildings become obsolete , but are an integral part of both the historical development of urban infrastructure and some of the budget options. Remodeling not only improves the appearance of buildings , but also the performance related to energy efficiency. The problems of modernization of old buildings, as opposed to demolition and construction of new housing are considered. The main disadvantage of dilapidated housing is the heat loss through the building envelope. The purpose of this article is to supply the external insulation of facades, using energy-efficient, including eco-friendly technologies.

Abstract: For the strengthening material mainly used at construction sites, steel plate and fiber can be counted in general, and for the fiber case, a composite material like glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber for reinforcing is commonly used in concrete structures. For the end development method, only the development effect has been verified through experiments without providing an effective development design per FRP strengthening quantity on a tensile surface. This study acknowledges the strengthening effect through behaviors of each specimen and test results by performing tests on total 4 reinforced concrete beams with the strengthening quantity and its position as variables in order to evaluate the performance of the Peel-ply method using aramid fiber plate to increase bonding strength with the basic material concrete.

Abstract: Research is presented in article directed on the analysis of constructive and technical features of quickly erected buildings of the panel type developed in the 70th years. Shortcomings of considered designs were revealed. The solution of elimination of shortcomings of existing designs quickly erected buildings due to change of the design and application of a new material is proposed. Application of a new material allows decrease in a body weight of bearing designs, change of a form of section of a design and elimination of "the cold bridge".
