Coach Evaluation Model Based on the Comprehensive Weights

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, an evaluation model is established to choose the best college coach. Taking times background into consideration, the whole previous century is divided into ten segments. Using the method of coefficient of variation and the subjective weighting method in each segment, objective and subjective weight of each basic evaluating factor are obtained respectively. Then based on modified T-test, we integrate them and get the comprehensive weights, which conduct the selection. Thus, one coach is chosen as a representative of each segment.
