Abstract: The use of communication technology in electronic reading may change interactions among readers and writers. This paper attempts to investigate this kind of change in electronic reading due to the employment of web-quests as communication technology. It firstly reviews the literature including the concept and feature of web-quests, reader-reader interaction about a text, reader-text interaction, and communicative tasks in reading. Based on the literature review, the paper analyses how web-quests help develop communication about a text, including reader-reader interaction about a text and reader-text interaction. It also emphasises the functions of web-quests in governing excessive freedom for readers because of hypertexts in web-quests. Finally the paper concludes web-quests on electronic reading can increase the communications among readers and texts, and then cultivate readers’ abilities of critical thinking and independent reading.

Abstract: A software quality evaluation method for control system based on the extension engineering analysis method is proposed. The evaluating index system of software quality evaluation for control system was constructed. The matter elements models were constructed, and the goodness of mechanical design scheme was computed by using goodness evaluation method based on correlation function calculation. Then the pros or cons of system to be evaluated were determined by comparing the goodness value of each evaluation grade. Finally, the practical application showed that the evaluation method was scientific, clear, and effective and had good practicality.

Abstract: Through practical application case, the functions for achieving remote network data synchronization transmission based on configuration software are introduced, and network application layer protocols which are applicable to general industrial Ethernet process control are designed. After running and commissioning, all functions can be achieved successfully, and real-time and fault tolerance of application-layer protocols can be guaranteed.

Abstract: The article takes the CNKI full-text database as the data source and analyse the retrieved documents with statistical method. The research results showed that the research of virtual community is a hot topic in our country at present, the number of research documents still showed a trend of increasing year by year; the research of virtual community is involving multiple disciplines, but researcher with stable cooperation relationship is few, and there also lacks of research teams of virtual community, most of the research are not deep enough. According to the analysis results, the article puts forward that researchers should pay more attention to the study of virtual community application and the building of the evaluation system.

Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of scheduling jobs on two identical parallel machines with a single server such that the makespan is minimized. Each job can be processed by either one of the two parallel machines, but before processing, a setup operation must be done by a single server. Two mixed integer programming models for the considered scheduling problem are developed using time indexed variable and sequence indexed variable respectively. To evaluate the performance of the two models, CPLEX is used to test instances generated randomly. The results show that the sequence indexed model outperforms on the number of variables and computational time, which can be used to solve the instance of 20 jobs.

Abstract: In the current implementation in the form of software,Web-based B/S structure has been a wide range of applications.With the gradual expansion of the scale of software for such systems need to have a good framework to support the development and maintenance processes. Quality system plays an important role in the whole system.This paper describes the design process of a good Web-based system framework from the perspective of practical application.Through practice, this framework can well support large-scale software development and maintenance process, the various types of cost savings for the enterprise.

Abstract: Analyzing the two methods of file management and database management, and detailed introducing the method of saving binary-file under the background of LabVIEW and using LabSQL toolkits achieve techniques of accessing to database. Taking high rate data acquisition system for example and designing a data fusion management system based on LabVIEW which integrates file save and database management. Experimental results have shown that data fusion management system can efficiently settle the problems that a large number of acquisition data can high save and conveniently inquire in high rate data acquisition system.
