Abstract: Lacking communication and coordination between suppliers and retailers is the main cause of the shortage. The combination is simple bundle between two sides. For integrate back-end integration and supply chain, the two sides need powerful data analysis capabilities, this paper proposed trust evaluation indicators established a model of cooperation based on trust.

Abstract: Defects from various sources in the multi-layered supply chain network cause additional cost to deliver products to customers. Although a great deal of methodologies have been proposed, there exit a few research which consider the conflictual relationship between suppliers and retailers. This paper presents an economic contract model for finding optimal acceptance sampling plans between suppliers and retailers using Stackelberg game. For each players in quality control game, the payoff functions are devised by considering both cases rejecting or accepting incoming lot based on the result of acceptance sampling. Numerical studies illustrate and provide insights of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Agile supply chain is composed of different enterprises in different areas formed. In the process of agile supply chain; each member enterprises should make a rapid reaction based on the changing market situation, the customer demand and the changing of product information. For a long time, a bottleneck in the overall performance of the supply chain is the inventory, which is only occupy a lot of money, but also affect the accuracy and timeliness of information supply chain channel. The inventory cost control model and inventory time model are built in this paper to achieve minimized inventory costs among manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

Abstract: Recently, many countries have introduced various regulations and steps to reduce pollution and investigate to reuse energy. Thus, environmental conscious research has become important and has been widely studied in today's industries. Reverse supply chain network (RSCN) problem has been widely investigated in the research area. The purpose of this study is to design the simulator in the reverse supply chain network. Real world reverse supply chain network problem has many factors and constraints. Considering the complexity of solving such model, this study had applied the simulation technology. This study shows basic design concept and architecture of simulator for the reverse supply chain network problem. The simulator can be used to decide a realistic reverse supply chain network planning in the area.

Abstract: The bullwhip effect was caused by fuzzy demand among the enterprises. In order to reduce this effect, control theory was applied to solve the inventory in supply chain. Firstly, inventory control in supply chain and the bullwhip effect was researched. Secondly, a kind of proportional integral differential (PID) controller was developed for inventory control in a three-level supply chain, and the mathematical model of the PID controller for inventory control was presented. Finally, the results show that the PID controller can evidently alleviate the bullwhip effect and inventory fluctuations under the suitable combination of control gain.

Abstract: Creating a knowledge of alliance between the urban and rural cold chain logistics enterprises in Yunnan is an important content of coordinated and efficient operation of the entire cold chain system. The study shows that the information disclosure in the knowledge alliance and enterprises lacks of knowledge sharing motivation. The lack of professional and technical personnel of enterprises factors restricts the establishment of urban and rural areas of cold chain logistics enterprise knowledge alliance. Measures (establish security and incentives in a knowledge-based alliance, develop a plan to nurture talent and establish a high level of trust between knowledge sharing) have to be taken to solve the problems in knowledge alliance building process.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the development of agriculture in our country, and the application of supply chain management in agriculture, the centralized decision-making model and the decentralized decision-making model without contract are established for a two-level supply chain made by a farmer and an enterprise processing agricultural products, figuring out that the decentralized decision-making model without contract cannot achieve the optimal decision for the sake of the whole supply chain. Then the order contract is set up, and through the analysis of the decentralized decision based on the order contract we can find that the order contract leads to the output of agricultural products to achieve the optimal supply chain system.

Abstract: Chain supermarket’s development speed and level and the selection of logistics mode has the close relation, one of the main index to measure the level of modern management of a supermarket chain of enterprises is to look at the distribution level. That whether chain supermarket can choose a suitable for enterprise’s development of the logistics distribution mode or not decides the future of the enterprise’s development and survival. Through analyzing Chinese hundred chain enterprise, Jiajiayue supermarket chain, logistics mode, this paper points out the existing problems and improvement measures in Chinese chine supermarkets enterprises.

Abstract: The public logistics node was named. Through summarizing the logistics node on improving the current status of the industrial concentration, confirming the feasibility of building public logistics nodes and the huge advantages: reducing the empty driving, increasing the using of the warehouse, saving soil resources, enhancing the degree of enterprise specialization, promoting the enterprise's improvement. And using multiobjective programming gave the public logistics node location model.
