Abstract: In this paper, we propose a methodology to classify Power Quality (PQ) in distribution systems based on voltage sags. The methodology uses the KDD process (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) in order to establish a quality level to be printed in labels. The methodology was applied to feeders on a substation located in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, considering attributes such as sag length (remnant voltage), duration and frequency (number of occurrences on a given period of time). On the Data Mining stage (the main stage on KDD Process), three different techniques were used, in a comparative way, for pattern recognition, in order to achieve the quality classification for the feeders: Artificial Neural Networks (ANN); Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Genetic Algorithms (GA). By printing a label with quality level information, utilities companies (power concessionaires) can get better organized for management and mitigation procedures by establishing clear targets. Moreover, the same way costumers already receive information regarding PQ based on interruptions, they will also be able to receive information based on voltage sags.

Abstract: Known methods of formation of plans of civil engineering in the territory of settlements not fully consider a large number of various factors, and also discrepancy is more whole than planning. The general methods of the solution of a problem of planning aren't developed now because of its high complexity. The purpose of work is formation optimum by criterion of the maximum profitability of the plan of civil engineering at the accounting of a large number of operating restrictions. The objectives are achieved by use of the device of discrete programming for construction plan modeling. It is offered to use two stages of calculations. At the first stage the model of the plan of civil engineering, on the second - model of optimization of this plan taking into account used criterion is under construction. Settlement procedures on the basis of a method of branches and borders are thus developed. The offered approach took place settlement approbation in relation to creation of the plan of civil engineering of the settlement and showed the working capacity. On the basis of these results conclusions are drawn on area and conditions of application of the developed models and settlement procedures.

Abstract: The crossover of the building of the BDI model and the Agent model helped to materialize the formation of the BDI-Agent model, strenthening the theoretical basis of the intelligent control field. According to recent studies about the equipment support decision making, relative research of the model of BDI-Agent with feedback has made less works. The research on the equipment support decision making BDI-Agent with feedback is an exploration of the study of the BDI-Agent model, On basis of the recommendation of the development of the BDI-Agent model and its primary data structures, brings up a kind of idea about the BDI-Agent model with feedback. To prove the feasibility of the idea, brings out a background, what is the moment when the equipment supporter meets a firethreaten during carrying out a mission, sets up a feedback condition. By means of programming the rationality of the BDI-Agent model with feedback is verified.

Abstract: Selecting an optimal manufacturing project is a very important link in the production and operation chain. Only by the scientific system of decision-making process can the experts find out the best project which is not only quality and economical, but also safe and ecological. Considering the interaction and dependence of the indices and the uncertain and imperfect information during the process, a model for selecting an optimal manufacturing project based on fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) is established. Firstly an evaluation index system is built by taking into account the interaction and dependence relationship between indices. Secondly the weights of each level are determined by fuzzy preference programming (FPP) method and Matlab program .Then the alternatives are calculated by this system to find out which is the best one. Finally by comparing the result with that of ANP and FAHP, to prove the applicability and effectiveness of this decision-making methods.

Abstract: Problem of merging multi-attribute, small-batch orders is studied in this paper. A merge algorithm based on clustering is proposed to solve the problem. We mainly use the method of principal component analysis and K-means clustering technology in the algorithm and then merge the orders with similar attributes into production bathes. Finally we verify the algorithm through actual order data and the results show that the algorithm can merge the customer orders efficiently. The algorithm has a great guiding significance.

Abstract: The Economic Lot Scheduling Problem (ELSP) has been well-researched for over half a century. This paper, by using extended basic period approach, offers a new algorithm which differs from previous algorithms in that every item is of different importance. Such an item, whose daily cost is very high, is considered to be of greater importance and is called “key item”; and such an item, whose total production time per times is long, is considered to be of greater importance and is called “obstacle item”. By making key items’ multipliers to be of good compatibility and loading obstacle items preferentially, new algorithm can offer good solution.

Abstract: A method is introduced to process the failure data of 12 sets of machining centers for modelling and analyzing their reliability. In this method, Matlab is applied to fit the failure data for getting a hypothesis that their time between failures obey weibull distribution. Then, MLE (maximum likelihood method) is used to estimate parameters of distribution model of the time between failure, and the K-S test is employed to test the above hypothesis for proving that time between failures of machining center obey weibull distribution. Finally, the analysis of their common failures and corresponding improvements are done, which provide the theoretical basis for improvement of reliability of machining center and are greatly valuable in engineering.

Abstract: Concentrating on the supplier with limited production capacity in supply chain, this paper established a mathematical model for production capacity allocation problem with consideration of multiple regional demands. The genetic algorithm is employed as solution mainframe in which a heuristics rule is developed to initiate the population and an elite pool is adopted to store those solutions with outstanding fitness values. The experimental tests show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.

Abstract: Engineering supervision system in China has already implemented more than 20 years. As China's market economic system continuously has been improving, the current supervision system shows some problems and drawbacks. The market economy environment are not coordinated, which is unable to meet the practical requirement of engineering construction project management. Combined with the field of construction and supervision of the industry, systems analysis supervisor participate in bidding and supervision of the implementation of these two processes engineering supervision. Theoretical analysis of the use of information economics, demonstrate there is a serious information asymmetry among the owners of units, supervision units and the construction side. It is possible to perform by eliminating mandatory supervision, to improve the quality of supervision of staff capacity, to establish a credit rating system and network information platform and other measures to promote the project supervision stable operation.
