Abstract: Knowledge has been regarded as an important resource for firms to compete in todays competitive environment. Since knowledge and knowledge management are so important for achieving business performance, the knowledge strategies are likely to be a critical issue of strategic choice for the firm. Evidences showed that the implementation of KM strategy can cultivate organizational dynamic capabilities to improve knowledge quality and quantity, as well as for consolidating the value and practicability of knowledge. Thus, this study tries to examine the impact of KM strategy on knowledge management performance as well as business performance. According to the empirical data collected from manufacturing industry in Taiwan, meaningful findings and conclusions will be proposed and discussed.

Abstract: As an emerging industry of strategic importance, the development of information service industry has been compelling. By analyzing the development process of the information services industry in the past decade, we can learn that the information service is in warm now. Through establishing an ARMIA model, this study draw conclusion that the industry development index will rise steadily and slowly in 2014. The findings can help government, investors, consumer get a close understanding of the Information Service Industry and take it as a basis for decision making.

Abstract: New product introduction(NPI) has became the main cooperation model between multinational and OEM companies, and there is knowledge transfer during the NPI process. First, this paper summarizes the process of enterprise knowledge transfer under NPI model and analyzes the causal relationship. Second, the corresponding system dynamics model is built. At last, the analogue simulation, the analysis of system effectiveness and sensitivity are conducted. Simulation results show that this model fits the process of enterprise knowledge transfer under NPI model and can provide effective decision support for similar knowledge transfer process.

Abstract: Synthesizing theories of leadership, activity engagement theory, and creativity, this research built and tested a theoretical model linking authentic leadership with leader creativity and the mediating effect of leader’s creative process engagement. Using survey data from 400 executives of start-up companies in China, we found that, as anticipated, authentic leadership positively affected leader creativity. Furthermore, the results indicated the partial mediating role of creative process engagement, thereby shed light on the mechanism by which authentic leadership impact leader creativity. These results yielded important implications regarding how to improve managers’ creative performance at work.

Abstract: The factors that influence enterprise innovation are complex and vague under the increasingly intense market competition and rapidly developed technology. Traditional social network analysis in inter-firm alliance network can not meet requirements of finding the relationship between affiliation and technological innovation precisely. To fill up this gap, in this paper we apply fuzzy theory to analysis of inter-firm alliance network by constructing alliance network using data of collaboration time span instead of binary data. Then we use fuzzy social network analysis to analyze the fuzzy centrality. By doing these analysis, we expand the research on inter-firm alliance network and give a new insight into enterprise innovation.

Abstract: The paper elaborates theories on industrial clusters and sums up the advantages of automobile industry development in Wuhan: convenient transportation, large scope of radiation, rich technological and intellectual resources, as well as solid foundation of relevant industries. The paper analysis existing problems of automobile industry cluster in Wuhan, such as poor market competitiveness of core enterprises, obvious weak links in the industry chain, lack of technical innovation ability, and proposes some recommendations in the purpose of promotion the competitive advantages of Wuhan automobile industrial cluster.

Abstract: The achievement, which Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry had accomplished in the ten years after China accessed the World Trade Organization, is first analyzed through the production scale, the export trade, the industry structure and the comprehensive strength and so on in the paper. The problems, which exist in the products, the production capacity, the independent innovation capacity, the production means and the internal and external environment of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry, are pointed out. Some suggestion on the future development strategy is last put forward.

Abstract: From the perspective of the synergy effect, the paper discusses how to construct the industry cluster collaboration design platform. As is known, the concept of industry cluster collaboration platform has been paid great attention with the economic growth, which has become a national leading research programs and key research projects in various provinces and cities. Therefore, it is very necessary to build industry cluster collaboration design platform. In this paper, the construction mechanism of industry cluster collaboration design platform is divided into collaborative session, collaborative browsing, collaborative text editing, collaborative tagging and collaborative inquiry. In detail, the policy should adopt the temporal characteristics, including remote synchronous mode, remote asynchronous mode, synchronous model and asynchronous model.

Abstract: The development of the intelligent green building project (IGBP) is the pursuit of a business strategy of an enterprise in principle and the launch of the project in practice. The IGBP is integrated with the application of the Project Definition Rating Index (PDRI) in order to combine the needs of pre-project planning. These are the steps to enhance the performance of project execution. The IGBP-PDRI model proposed to construct in this study is based on the life cycle of the engineering to set up different phases of work for process evaluation. The model of evaluation is divided into 4 sections, 11 categories, and 60 elements. Pre-project planning helps to forecast possible risks in the development of the project. In the course of project execution, quality requirement is satisfied through monitoring and control. These help to ensure the operation efficiency of the project, to the extent that the automated system of the building supported by green construction can meet the goal of sustainable development.
