Abstract: In this paper, we discussed the application of Lean Production for the application efficiency of the use of workstations on an assembly line in a car plant. The main objective is to increase the efficiency of labor, which is one of the key indicators of the competitiveness of the company and is directly related to its cost of production and cost of the final product. In this context, we compared the efficiency analysis of individual workstations on the assembly line and then select those whose efficiency was the lowest. It was carried out detailed analysis of all operations and operations that are performed on these selected stations. On this basis, we identified unproductive time delays causing low efficiency. They represent an opportunity to improve the production process in the form of adjustments to labor standards and workplace. The result of this work was to increase efficiency while repealing specific job position, which has resulted in savings in production costs.

Abstract: The primary goal of this paper is to save logistics cost and reach optimizing configuration of import crude oil transportation network. An optimization model is put forward with an objective function of minimum logistics expense. It is carried out by Genetic Algorithm (GA) and MATLAB with original data of 2012 and predicted data of 2017. Results indicate that large VLCC of 260000-320000 tons is the main tanker type in import crude oil transportation network. And crude oil logistics bases will be formed which are represented by Qingdao, Dalian, Tianjin, Ningbo-Zhoushan, Zhanjiang and Huizhou in coastal areas.

Abstract: An improved cellular genetic algorithm (cGA) is proposed to study the optimization of the job-shop scheduling problem (JSP). Combining with the characteristics of JSP, a sequence-based coding mechanism is presented. The small overlapped neibhborhoods of cGA help to enhance the population diversity and exploration. An adaptive selection operation based on fitness of neighborhood is designed to prevent from getting into local optimal. The improved cellular genetic algorithm is tested on some instances and compared with simple genetic algorithm. The computational results show that the improved cellular genetic algorithm is effective on JSP.

Abstract: To support aircraft assembly system analysis and optimization, a producing performance analysis method for assembly unit is proposed on aircraft assembly system in this paper. The stochastic volatility characteristics of assembly system are firstly analyzed, and the equivalent transformations method for the analysis of system performance is studied, to study the factors which contribute to system performance, including operation experience and out-of-tolerance. A method for solving the system resource utilization is proposed based on identified probability density function. A formula to calculate the average productivity of the system is derived, and system performance boundaries are calculated based on flow balance principle. Finally, a method for the calculation of balancing factors of assembly operation units is proposed.

Abstract: In paper is considered the actual in industry and engineering orthogonal multidimensional packing problem. This problem is NP-hard in strong sense therefore an important role is played effectiveness of the used packing representation model. To increase the speed of placement of a given set of orthogonal objects into containers is offered a new data structure – multilevel linked data structure. The carried out computational experiments demonstrate high time efficiency of the proposed data structure compared to the ordered simple linked list.

Abstract: Guided by management science, system science, computer science and other theories and based on two aspects of performance evaluation and salary management system it is necessary to set up a lean information system for coal enterprises. It concentrates on economy of scale of a hundred million ton mining area and the difficult problem caused by economy of scale and complex coordination management to achieve orderly management of organizational assessment and personal assessment and compensation system.

Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical machining enterprise work efficiency, reduce the cost of enterprise, the process of enterprise existence of similar parts processing by cluster was analysized, using K-means clustering algorithm and the statistical analysis software SPSS with K means clustering analysis function, which grouped the machine tool matrix, and then realized the unit manufacturing.

Abstract: In order to model clearly in mixed-model assembly lines, this paper proposes an Object-oriented Petri Net (OOPN) approach by combining object-oriented concept with Petri net theory. Firstly, the mathematical definition of OOPN was given. Secondly, taking automobile transmission mixed-model assembly lines as an example, the modeling through three different levels of assembly cells, assembly resources and the whole system was finished, and the message delivery mechanism and system behavior were then described in detail. Finally, the case study shows that OOPN can deal well with the complexity of modeling, and it lays the foundation of further analysis and property verification in the mixed-model assembly lines.

Abstract: With the global environment worsening, environmental regulations and green barriers of developed countries are more and more powerful, consumers are increasingly concerned about environmental protection products. Chinese home appliances manufacturers are suffered great environmental pressure. Green supply chain management is a new management model. It is able to improve balance of the organic unity between economic efficiency and environmental protection, resource utilization and ecological. The environment is put into the entire supply chain to consider. In this paper, we analyzed the necessity and urgency of implementing green supply chain management, and built green supply chain management mode of Chinese home appliances manufacturers.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to select the best supplier firm providing the most satisfaction for the criteria determined. The purchasing managers of a white good manufacturer established in Turkey were interviewed and the most important criteria taken into account by the managers while they were selecting their supplier firms were determined by a questionnaire. The fuzzy AHP was used to compare these supplier firms.
