Abstract: The process of knowledge management in the several areas of society requires constant attention to the multiplicity of decisions to be made about the activities in organizations that constitute them. To make these decisions one should be cautious in relying only on personal knowledge acquired through professional experience, since the whole process based on this method would be slow, expensive and highly subjective. To assist in this management, it is necessary to use mathematical tools that fulfill the purpose of extracting knowledge from database. This article proposes the application of Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) as Data Mining (DM) tool within the process called Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) for the task of extracting classification rules in databases.

Abstract: The cloud wisdom remote monitoring system, based on advanced data acquisition device/server/browser architecture, combines the virtual instrument technology, embedded technology, the Internet technology and cloud computing technology. The system includes three parts: a front-end data acquisition hardware which has the Internet access, the back-end cloud computing center and mobile terminal which is in the hands of the operator. In this system, the test data is in the cloud computing center. Taking account of data security and privacy, this paper proposed the solution of data privatization, mainly by establishing a private customer data server which has the mutual access with the cloud computing center to preserve the original test data in the cloud wisdom remote monitoring system.

Abstract: This paper focus on the dynamic server algorithms, and the servers are used for scheduling soft aperiodic tasks. Many types of servers and their schedulability analysis are reviewed, these properties can be used for constructing hierarchical embedded systems, where the soft aperiodic tasks and the hard real-time tasks can be scheduled in the same system. The aperiodic tasks in the server are not preemptable, and they are executed in a first-come first-served (FCFS) manner. If it is not specified, there is only one server in the system, and rest of the processes in the system are ordinary periodic tasks. The servers could be scheduled by fixed priority or dynamic algorithms.

Abstract: This is report of using Object Oriented theory to develop system for Dental Surgery. And this whole system will include the system for book appointment, system for client arrivals, system for course of treatment, system for payment, system for stock control and system for housekeeping. And after this report, we will understand why we use the Object Oriented to design a system like this, and what kind of system could use Object Oriented design, what the benefit for using Object Oriented design.

Abstract: Some of the classic correlation algorithm (such as Apriori algorithm, fp-growth algorithm), and some other improved algorithms, mostly for the general case. In this paper, the prison system in the case, by the definition of key items, key issues, and give a targeted mining method. We get a lot of actual data in a prison in Hebei Province and analyze the date according our method, the results of the analysis applied to practical guidance. Experiments show that the model for predicting the efficiency of security incidents has reached more than 85% effective in reducing the occurrence of security incidents.

Abstract: Data has become the fundamental resource by the emerging new services such as cloud computing, internet of things and social network. In the electric power applications, the video data mining plays an important role in the intelligent data analysis. With growth of video data in such an amazing speed, the information retrieval is becoming more and more important. This paper focuses on the analysis of the content-based video retrieval and proposes the design of a uniformed search engine system. The system is oriented to the retrieval of both the unstructured video contents and structured tags, which helps to achieve the integration of the heterogeneity data resources. In this paper, a retrieval framework is discussed and several problems are addressed.

Abstract: The main issue in designing the framework for multi-user interaction systems is to provide efficient collaboration mechanisms. The paper discussed characteristics of multi-user interactions, and proposed a hierarchical model for supporting multi-user collaboration. The model included four categories of attributes that defined the form of multi-user interaction - users, interactive task, interactive form and interactive effect. An active rule framework was constructed, including the concepts of the callback event, interactive event and composite event. This paper also described how to map a multi-user interaction model into events and rules.

Abstract: The paper selected English articles between 2000 and 2012 published in 20 journals of aerospace engineering from Web of Science in 2012 as a data source. With the aid of CiteSpaceII, a kind of information visualization software, the paper analyzed Chinese research institution co-occurrence network, noun phrases and key words co-occurrence network and evolution of knowledge map of aerospace engineering. And then the paper applied the mapping knowledge domain methods to analysis of Chinese research institutions collaboration, research hotspots, knowledge base, research fronts and trends of aerospace engineering. Co-occurrence network of institutions of aerospace engineering demonstrates that there are many institutions in the aerospace engineering field but very little collaboration with other institutions. And hypersonic inlet and tangent orbit have been both research fronts of national aerospace engineering since 2000.

Abstract: To efficiently retrieve information from the vast source of the internet, search engines are required. There are some search engines that can help people to search for needed information, but they are difficult to ensure precision rate and personalization of information. To solve these problems, this paper proposed a personalized information retrieval system based on meta-search engine. This paper used multi-agent technology to construct the personalized information retrieval system, adopted user knowledge database to create and update user model and improved vector space model algorithm combining with user knowledge database which used in results ranking. Analysis and experiment show that personalized information retrieval system implemented in this paper can improve the precision ratio and can meet the needs of the user's personality requirements.

Abstract: With consideration of the actual requirement of fault knowledge retrieval in current aviation maintenance, semantic retrieval method for ontology-based aircraft fault knowledge is studied. Based on the concepts of semantic and semantic retrieval, it is proposed that the knowledge representation of ontology is applicable for semantic retrieval. On the basis of aircraft fault ontology model, the semantic retrieval model has been established, and the concept-matching similarity algorithm using semantic distance of ontology concepts is proposed. In the semantic retrieval method, the depth factor and density factor of ontology model are expressed, and the semantic distance calculation and the transformation function from semantic distance to conceptual similarity are proposed. The semantic retrieval research provides support for efficient application of ontology-based aircraft fault knowledge.
