Abstract:

In this article, the principle of automatic camshaft measurement technology and the control system's structure are introduced. The realized means and principle of the major control modules which is the servo control system and the follow-up control system are expounded. The data acquisition system independent of movement controller and "whole-sensitive" data processing method and evaluation method are expounded. And through experiment, the feasibility of this measurement technology has been proved.
