Abstract:

The influence of titanium and nitrogen on phase composition and properties of coatings obtained by surfacing with cast rods of PNL-04Kh27N7M3D2T type is considered. It was found that at a titanium content of less than 0.25 wt.%, the phase ratio changes in favor of austenite, and the resistance of the deposited metal with a low titanium content against ICC can be achieved at a nitrogen content of ≤0.05 and carbon of ≤0.02.
