Abstract: The Chinese government is pursuing e-learning policies which makes job-training with a knowledge-based society. To explain more fully the important role of the e-learning environment, this article undertakes some typical examples of the governments' job-training under e-learning environment. The main problems in servants' job-training in China are the low quantity in the servants' training, short of restriction, the uniform manner in the training and less fairness and availability of opportunities for educational training. In order to develop the e-learning system, the civil servant's job training policies are provided and the measures of the effective e-learning system are designed.
Abstract: The aims that indicated in "The Guidance Outline on Elementary and Middle Schools Information Technology Curriculum” are to enable students to have abilities of acquiring, transmitting, processing and applying information through learning information technology courses; cultivate them to have good information literacy; make information technology as a significant way of supporting for lifelong and cooperative learning, laying a necessary foundation of adapting to the study, work and life in information society. With the application of multimedia computers and networks, education and teaching have undergone profound changes that the integration of information technology and subject teaching (or course) has become the focus in educational reform, so how to integrate instruction with the information technology curriculum? I think the idea that combing with other subjects teaching in the information technology curriculum to carry out thematic inquiry learning not only can achieve unique effects, but also is a win-win teaching model of information technology and other teaching courses. This paper aims at exploring the positive ways and meaning of the integration of information technology and other subjects through thematic inquiry learning cases.

Abstract: In order to integrate between TRIZ theory and research-oriented teaching, relationship model of TRIZ theory and research-oriented teaching is studied, and indicate the integrated model is the supporting role in the three stages of students' innovative ability, such as experience, rethink, construction. Further, the integration scheme of the contextual design, process of students' inquiry learning, comprehensive evaluation of TRIZ in research-oriented teaching. Finally, the teaching practice examples applied of integration model is given.
Abstract: On-line education, as a new teaching method, introduces Web data mining into on-line education to develop intelligentized and individual construction of resource library and on-line education. Web data mining technology can help to find out education laws and modes to meet different students’ individuation, reaching Network level teaching and improving Network teaching quality. This paper analyses problems existed in current on-line education by pointing out necessary Web data mining technology and its application in on-line education.
