It is a very important Question for “algal Bloom” need to be concerned of leads and scholars.Water quality, hydrology, meteorology etc Monitoring data were analyzed for the "algal Bloom" period.
There are different degrees of reduction and mitigation, but did not meet the prevention, prevention and control standards, clear in Wuliangsuhai Lake "moss", should increase the human, material and financial input, the system, scientific, comprehensive prevention and treatment.
(3) Water temperature and light The water temperature is also an important factor to lead to an outbreak of yellow fur, according to the research reports: a wide temperature range suitable for the growth of filamentous green algae, 10 ℃ -35 ℃ can better growth [9] in May 2008, the average water temperature of Lake of the 22 monitoring points in June, July and August, respectively: 14.83 ˚C, 22.39 ˚C, 26.24 ˚C, 22.80 ˚C, according to the National Weather Service data show that, in Wuliangsuhai region in March and April 2008 the average temperature higher than the calendar year 3 ˚C-4 ˚C.
Control Measures Through the analysis of the causes of outbreaks in Wuliangsuhai moss, the following Control Measures: (1) strengthen the source of governance, reduction the industrial waste water, sewage and farmland drainage on water quality in Wuliangsuhai.

The increase of the quality in a productive process allows reduction of costs besides adding value to the product.
By means of the calibration data and the mathematical modeling of the orthogonality deviation an influence of the measured deviation on the "X" and "Y" directions of the CMM is obtained.
In the linear displacement data, the least squares method is applied as linear regression to obtain slope of the deviations, the which allows to find the angular error due to the lack of orthogonality between the analyzed axes.
The angle φ is the angle obtained with the aid of linear regression of the data of measurement of the linear deviations, using the least squares method.
Table 1 shown the values of the orthogonality deviation and the angles φ and α, which are obtained through the linear regression of the linear data collected.

This work includes thermodynamic calculations of the furnace atmosphere dew points that satisfy these oxidation / reduction criteria.
Therefore, the belt is exposed to cyclic oxidation and reduction within the furnace.
The reduction in tensile strength and elongation between 35 and 49 weeks in service was statistically significant for both belts.
The oxidation-reduction curves were calculated using FactSage™ software [12].

To verify the reliability of the data, Cronbach Reliability, the Alpha reliability coefficient test using SPSS software.
The alpha coefficient by the Cronbach Reliability, the Alpha reliability coefficients of the test results of the survey data were 0.983 and 0.992, are larger than 0.8, as shown in Table 1.
Table 2 shows the QD value analysis of survey data IQR, Table 2 shows QD values to meet the high consistency or the moderate degree of consistency.
The data in Table 3 to draw the IPA diagram in Figure 2.
Conclusion This study to collect the wind energy industry development and manpower needs of the relevant literature, data analysis and prepared the draft of the wind energy industry professional competence required.

Nevertheless, detailed experimental data for the
pop-in in silicon were not given.
The experimental data are shown in figure 1 and fitted by equation [16] 128/1 8 2/1 2 1 2 0 ... cc c c hChChChCA ++++= (1) where hc is the contact depth, A is the nominal contact area and Ci (i = 1, …, 8) are constants.
The calculated results are presented in figure 2 together with the experimentally measured data.
With the experimentally determined area function of the indenter tip, the mechanical properties of silicon can be accurately calculated from the load-displacement data.

Material data for a high-manganese steel are used to calibrate the model.
Material data.
Experimental data from cylindrical compression tests with an Fe-Mn22-C0.6 high-manganese steel were used as reference data for model calibration.
Xiong et al. [14]) and is used here as reference data.
Data transfer from the old mesh (a) to the new one (b).

The role of the second phases amount on the microstructural features and on some mechanical data preliminary evaluated was established.
These ameliorations include a dramatic reduction of the matrix grain size (due to the pinning effect exerted by the second phase particles) and improved mechanical properties.
In AZY20, a significant reduction of the alumina grain size can be easily observed.
It should be pointed out that a very preliminary mechanical characterization has been here performed; future work will imply more systematic and complete investigations, in order to state a correlation among microstructural features and mechanical data.
