Before 2000, most of the articles are about the advantages, approaches and modes of applying computer science into English teaching.
Wila.D (2009) holds that language labs and language learning through computers are not only effective and interactive modes of teaching, but are also very useful and interesting for the users as it facilitates immediate output of their efforts. It is argued that web-based teaching materials on the Internet serve as a platform to facilitate teaching and learning and provide new approaches for conducting classes and delivering course materials(Ngai et al, 2007).
What students do on the internet are logging on BBS(80.5%), retrieving various materials(49.0%), sending and receiving emails (48.7%), watching news (46.5%), communicating (36.4%) and entertaining (33.1%).

Gutowski[5] et al analyses different processing machine energy consumption on two different materials namely, aluminum and steel , and points out that energy consumption of the same material processing process is influenced by machine types, process energy consumption can be significantly reduced by selecting the right processing machine tool.
