The crystal phase was measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and showed tetragonal rutile structure with a preferential orientation of (110).
In Fig. 1, the diffraction peaks at (1 1 0), (1 0 1), (2 0 0) and (2 1 1) planes show the pure SnO2 phase without other components, and the structure of tetragonal rutile is also presented.
X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed the pure SnO2 phase with a rutile structure and without any secondary phases, and the diffraction peaks gradually increase, illustrating the better crystallization.
