Very significant feature of spinning is ability to produce components with high mechanical properties and smooth surface finish.
Although knowledge about mechanics of spinning, which helps to understand final properties of spun parts, have been developed by systematic investigation of the process using both experimental and theoretical techniques, several gaps still exist in the prediction of the product properties.
Basic mechanical properties and facilities defining material plasticity (ultimate tensile strength (Rm), 0,2% offset yield strength (Rp0,2), elongation (A5), medium value of normal anisotropy (rs), planar anisotropy (D r) and strain-hardening coefficient (n)) shows Table 1.
With this design not only all main effects of the factors are estimable, but also all important two-way interactions between the parameters.
In order to assure the statistical properties the runs were made in randomised order.

The Effect of Fly Ash on Calcium Leaching Properties of Cement Pastes in Ammonium Chloride Solution Hu Yang a, Linhua Jiangb and Yan Zhang c College of Mechanics and Materials, Hohai University, 1 Xikang Rd., Nanjing, China, 210098 ayanghu@hhu.edu.cn, blhjiang@hhu.edu.cn, chhu.zhangyan@163.com Keywords: Fly Ash; Cement Paste; Leaching; Ammonium Chloride Abstract.
The influences of W/C ratio and fly ash content on these properties were analyzed, the relationship between the two factors and the corrosion resistance of pastes was summarized.
Many investigations have reported on the properties of leached cementitious material.
It is known that different addition quantities of mineral admixtures are designed and used in various engineering project, but the effect of different addition quantity on the properties of the modified pastes is not concerned in the literature mentioned above.
The detail of this influencing factor will be discussed in the following section.

The mechanical property of PP and the composites studied by using universal testing machine show that both mass fraction of vermiculite and particle size have consequences for mechanical property of PP, and when mass fraction of vermiculite and ball-mill 5 hours can acquire good mechanical properties.
So 5 hours of ball-milling [most particle diameter is around 2.796μm] is good enough to achieve good mechanical properties.
Photos of polarizing optical microscope at 100°C Conclusions The mechanical and thermal properties as well as the morphology of the PP composited with expended vermiculite of different contain and different particle sizes were studied.
The mechanical properties studied show that there is a positive correlation between strength and degree of crystallization, as well as stiffness and crystalline size.
The results obtained from non-isothermal crystallization studies reveal that the expended vermiculite particle size is the key factor to influence crystallization properties.

In particular, the gels have self-healing properties.
Surprisingly, rigid cage-shaped polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) units can improve the mechanical properties of the polymer.
However, as for polymer gels which have been successfully studied, they may have more outstanding properties such as high mechanical properties.
A kind of organogels with photo-responsive, self-healing deformable have excellent mechanical properties.
When the concentration of the gelling agent is greater than 7.5wt%, the gels will exhibit mechanical properties and self-supporting ability.

Lighting circuit of airport navigation system runs in the environment of wet and high temperature all year round, the more stringent requirements of the insulating properties of the circuit is then put forward.
Because of electrical, mechanical, chemical and other factors, light cables will gradually aging and resulting in the cable insulation performance gradual decline or even damage, how to judge the insulation resistance change and actual life of the lighting circuit must be done.
The cable connector production quality is another important factor affecting the lighting circuit insulation resistance value [8], the connector production must be done in strict accordance with the operational procedures to ensure the insulation quality.

Introduction The increasing use of aluminium alloys in the manufacturing of automotive parts has pushed car manufacturer to look for new processes to obtain better technological performances than the traditional castings (which usually imply defects, dendritic microstructure and poor mechanical properties) [1] and higher flexibility and lower costs compared to forging [2].
In case of axi-symmetric parts, flowforming has become an attractive solution, since the high localization of the strains allows significant reduction of the loads applied on the tooling, high mechanical properties of the deformed part, and excellent wall thickness distribution [3].At present the knowledge of this process mechanics still shows several gaps and standardized procedures aimed to the process design have not been developed yet, except for specific casesthat can be hardly widespread in industrial world, in which the choice of optimal process parameters remains an “art”[4].
This work is the follow-up of two previous studies on the same topic: in the first one [13] an analytical model for the roll-part contact area was proposed, while in the second one [14] the influence of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties was experimentally investigated.
Gleeble 3800™ thermo-mechanical simulator was used to perform the hot compression tests suitable investigate the material mechanical characteristics.
On the other hand, the rotation speed n and the feed rate f can be considered as second-order factors, for a given fr value.

Introduction Aluminum alloys, with low density, excellent mechanical properties, good processability, have been widely used in aerospace and other fields.
Accelerated test method design principles The design principles of accelerated test method are as follows: 1) Confirm the purposes of accelerated corrosion test methods, and establish a set of fixed experimental parameters. 2) Grasp the characteristics of the simulated environment and the environmental main factors affecting atmospheric corrosions.
The corrosion currents of 7A04 aluminum alloy in NaCl solutions with different concentrations measured, and the equivalent conversion factors are established as shown in Table 2.

Production of feed stock with non-dendritic and spherical structure is the critical factors in semisolid forming.
So the distances between α-Al rich phase and eutectic became smaller and thus it can affect on diffusion during reheating process.
The soaking time and temperature in semi- solid state are two important factors to control the grain growth and degree of globularity.
This factor is distance for diffusion.

The interest in thin diamond-like carbon (DLC) films is caused by their unique physical and chemical properties.
The film composition affects the mechanical stresses in the film, its corrosion properties, hardness, and resistance wear.
These limiting factors define the following parameters: a) mobility of particles over substrate, b) film thickness, and c) the rate of plasma pickling substrate.
Impact on DLC films properties of substrate temperature and density, velocity of plasma flow was studied.
