Introduction The manipulation of micro particles (e.g. cell, DNA, microorganism, etc.) plays a very important role in many fields, such as biology, chemistry, and medicine, etc.
A 3-D modal analysis indicates that the expected vibration model of the structure can be observed, as shown in Fig. 2 in the cross section.

In the overlap area, due to the second lixiviation caused by repeated heating, the microhardness value of multi-track overlap cladding is higher than the structure in the non-overlap area.

The method consists of fabrication of micro-spring by UV-LIGA technology, the fabrication of mesoscale structure by WEDM, the micro assembly of micro spring and mesoscale structure.
The micro-assembly between micro spring and mesoscale structure was carried out on the micro operation work bench self-developed.

Crystal chemistry of NTC ceramics and their electrical characteristics The NTC portfolio from the major electroceramic manufacturers includes components of various sizes and shapes, Fig. 2, which afford a wide range of electrical specifications.
Despite this variety, crystal chemistry of these components revolves around a small number of crystal structures.
This structure changes gradually with increasing temperature, leading to a random spinel (Fe0.332+Fe0.673+Fe0.672+Fe1.333+O4) at ~1500°C [2].

A single-phase hexagonal ZnO crystal structure was well-indexed to all diffraction peaks (JCPDS card No. 00-005-0664).

Raman and electrical responses of fibres under mechanical load were coupled for in situ sensing of deformation in composite structure.
