The chemical structure of the PBSZ and the Li containing PBSZ intermediate are characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
SiBCN ceramics have excellent high temperature properties stable up to as high as 2000 oC owing to their strong covalent bonding in rigid network structures [1-2].
The high temperature properties of SiBCN ceramics depend strongly on its chemical compositions and network structures which is basically determined by the chemistry of the polymeric precursors.
Chemical structures of PBSZ and PLiBSZ were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR, Bio-Rad FTS 6000).
The structure and chemical composition of the ceramics.

Polarized microphotograph showed anisotoropic structure of green bodies.
However, the powder packing structure in the body has not been well understood.
The optical anisotropy in aligned particles was used to evaluate the packing structure of particles in the method.
The aim of this study is to examine the influence of particle diameter on the particle orientation structure in alumina compact body made by slip casting.

(a) Cotton fiber (b) Polyester fiber Fig.1 Optical photo of cotton(a) and polyester(b) fibre Fig.1 indicates that observed by microscope detection apparatus, cotton fibers are flat in shape and have natural curls while the polyester and other synthetic fibers’ fineness are more structured and the appearance of which is much clean and smooth.
Studies show plants are not only different in appearance pattern but also in internal cavity structure, chemical element compositions and functional properties.
On the basis of identifying bast fiber by microscope photograph, using SEM method can clearly read the small distinction of morphological structure, which can distinguish the specific variety of bast fiber, and moreover it is an easy implemented method.

In liquid medium, the crystal growth habit is mainly determined by its intrinsic structure and also by the external conditions, such as temperature, and additives.
The diffraction peaks of the products can be all indexed to stolzite PbWO4 crystal with a tetragonal structure (JCPDS card no. 19-0708), and no peaks of other impurities were detected.
A weak green emission band at 484 nm is ascribed to the existence of Frenkel defects structure in the surface layers of the PbWO4 nanocrystallites [6].
Generally, the luminescence properties of PbWO4 are very sensitive to its crystal structure and the structural defects.
In the present study, the similar blue emission band shape and maximum location are consistent with the same stolzite crystal structure of all samples.
