Special equipments with special materials are very important equipments with potentialdanger, which are widely used.
Introduction Nondestructive Testing, NDT is a new comprehensive science and technology, is in no damage to the detected object conditions, using material internal structure anomaly or defects caused by the existence of heat, sound, light, electricity, magnetic reactions such as change, to detect all kinds of engineering materials, spare parts, components internal and surface defects, and the defect types, properties, quantity, shape, position, size, distribution and its changes make judgment and evaluation [1].
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, nondestructive testing also has been developing rapidly.
Eddy current testing automation rate is higher, but only detection conductive materials, difficult to judge defects types, sensitivity is relatively low.

Factors Influencing the Surface Quality during Ultra-Precision Grinding of Brittle Materials in Ductile Mode M.J.
Grinding experiments of brittle materials are carried out.
When maximum cutting depth of single abrasive grain (agmax) is less than or equal to critical cutting depth of brittle materials (agc), brittle materials are ground in ductile mode during ultra-precision grinding, per contra, brittle materials are ground in fracture mode.
So, agmax agc is very important for obtaining super smooth surface of brittle materials.

In recent years, with the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology, the materials for cutting tool need exceptional high hardness, excellent wear resistance and better toughness than that of other materials.
Cryogenic treatment or cryoprocessing is the process of deep-freezing materials at cryogenic temperatures to enhance the mechanical and physical properties of materials being treated.

The vibration reduction mechanism of the experiment is as follows: in the damper cavity the steel balls strongly impacted the particle materials, strongly squeezed the particle materials made them produced plastic deformation, in the vibration process permanently consumed the energy of the system[9].
At the same time, between the particle materials and the particle materials and the damper and the steel balls existed the friction that made the system energy dissipated irreversible.
In this paper, particle collision damping is object of the experimental research, by adding variational diameter impacters(steel balls) and particle materials in the damper, studied the vibration reduction of the damper, compared the system reduction effect of different diameter impacters and different kinds of particle materials in combination ways.
