Abstract:
The complex {1,1'-[ o-phenylenebis (nitrilomethylidyne) ] di-2-naphtholato} copper(II) was
optimized by the DFT method at B3LYP/LANL2DZ level, and the frontier molecular orbitals,
natural bond orbitals, nonlinear optical properties and Mülliken charge population of the optimized
complex were exploited and analyzed.
The calculated results show that the complex has stable structure and it keeps some potential applications in optic materials field. 1.

Based on 15 inches high air pressure drill abroad subject material samples of the physical and chemical analysis, learn foreign drill bit materials such steel grade in the United States 4330 mod, namely the super pure high strength steel.
With domestic special steel factory research and many experiments, we developed the high strength steel with ultrapure smelting technology 20CrMnSiNi2MoA materials.
4330 mod materials, development of new materials on the resistance to overload ability is better than that of similar foreign products materials; And new material percentage elongation, reduction of area, impact value is low, show the development of new materials in some poor ability to resist crack instability expansion, therefore, we to material smelting, forging, heat treatment process was put forward strict requirements, the main measures mainly has: (1) Product size each transition cross section must be rounded; (2) Within the overall machining precision up to 3.2; (3) The surface and inner hole are all shot blast; (4) Refinement of grain size and take the second normalizing treatment; (5) Four inspection check: namely raw materials the factory inspection to check; After rough turning inspection check; Heat treatment testing inspections; Finishing inspection check.
