Abstract.
Engineering construction counterclaim occupy a very important position in the construction project cost management, is also a key part in engineering settlement audit.
Record material should include during the same time: event happens and actual conditions in the process, site personnel and idle list of equipment, time delayed, Engineering damaged degree, which lead to engineering cost increased, etc.
Specific formula is that the claim amount equals engineering practical total cost minus contract sum.
