In this article, we established the three-dimensional solid model by using PROE and then imported WN gear’ three-dimensional model into Ansys software through the data interface of Ansys software and PROE software and conducted a three-dimensional simulation anasys of the impact of dynamic contact.
The dynamic simulation of WN gear transmission system Due to the complexity of WN gear tooth surface, it is more trouble to build a complete gear tooth face by using gear tooth profile equation. we established the three-dimensional solid model by using PROE , imported the WN gear’s three-dimensional model into Ansys software through the data interface of Ansys software and PROE software .Referring to the literature [6],through meshing the model, setting material properties and real constant, creating PART, defining the contact type and applying load, the stress analysis of WN gear was conducted in Ansys software .The analysis model was shown in Figure 2 and the model afer meshing was shown in Figure 3.
Secondly, we established the three-dimensional solid model by using PROE, imported the arc gear three-dimensional model into Ansys software through the data interface of Ansys software and PROE software.
We got clear and intuitive simulation results .The last but not the least , using history-module, the elements’ equivalent stress curves and nodes’ acceleration situation were successfully simulated and the tangential, axial, radial direction vibration situation of WN gear in meshing process were gotten, which provided a theoretical basis for gear parameters design and noise reduction in the gear transmission .

For the numerical simulation the results are perfectly symmetrical because it has been simulated a quarter of model while, the experimental data are not perfectly symmetrical because of particular experimental cell condition.
Numerical-experimental TPR comparison for all curves In Fig. 15 is shown the comparison between the global tendency line for all experimental data and numerical simulation.
Global tendency line for MOD1 Analyzing Fig. 15 it is possible to evaluate a good correlation between the global tendency of the experimental data and the numerical results is evident, especially for low R2 values which are for higher drawing heights and then more critical conditions.
Numerical-experimental thickness values comparison for MOD1, along X-X, Y-Y and A-A section where the experimental data have been measured As it can be appreciated, thanks to the reported data, (Fig. 16) there is a uniform thickness distribution and a good agreement between numerical and experimental values with a discordance of about 4%.
From the reported data it can be assumed a good correlation and a very good repetitiveness.

Analysis of initial data On the first work stage actual WEM model and its price forming were studied.
With a view to specification of actual consumption schedule of eligible customers XML 80020 AIMSCEM model data, transferred from market players per May, July and December, was processed.
Average daily consumption diagrams for each month, included in sample, were plotted for this data, and minimum consumption was determined.
This data was also used for accuracy analysis of declared maximum scheduled consumption and its deviations from actual values.
On the base of this data calculation of EE and capacity cost for end consumer for the following cases of optimization were performed: without DGU; with DGU operating in basic mode; with DGU operating in mode of peak loads leveling.

Data collection and analysis.
For each trial, kinematic and ground reaction force data were recorded for a total of 200 secs.
Kinematic data were recorded with an Optotrak at a sampling rate of 100Hz using 3 cameras.
To confine the data to a steady state, we discarded the first 20 secs of recordings.

Generally, neurones(see Fig.2)should have synapses to express weights between neurons i and j, an accumulator of input data and a excitation function to control output of neurons.
The input data can be from initial data or the output data of other neurons and the output data can be the last result or the input data of other neurons. 1 x1 x 2 . . .
Here we assume the damage of section stiffness is as a result of reduction of elasticity modulus.
By analyzing the two kinds of models, the differences of the horizontal displacement between damaged and healthy bridge in pylon measuring points, expressed as {Δj(j=1,…,6)},will be determined as well as making up the input data with damaged section d.
Conclusion As the above new method, the prediction model of BP neuronic network would be able to identify damage locations of Nancha bridge, in theory, with a perfect precision depends on enough samples come from monitoring data or finite element analysis, if the non-linearity mapping of sampies were built.

We use denoting China's carbon emissions reduction ratio from 2005 to 2020.
In this exception, except , parameters can be obtained or estimated through the city yearbook, then get the minimum public transportation bearing rate. 3 An Example By Consult and analysis the city Yearbook and other publicly available transportation data, the basis data that required for the calculation of the minimum public transportation bearing rate of the low carbon city are: 1) Gather the 2005 -2011 GDP, using the drawing method and function method to estimate the value of GDP, in 2020 the GDP estimates of the city =12474.4 (100 million Yuan); 2) Consult the Yearbook of 2006; get the 2005 GDP of the city, (100 million Yuan); 3) Get the city's total carbon emissions of 2005 from the total standard unit coal consumption; ; 4) According to the carbon footprint commitment made by Premier Wen Jiabao on behalf of the Chinese government in the 2009 Copenhagen World Climate Conference, Carbon emissions in 2020 is 40%-45% of in 2005.
Because we try to find the minimum public transportation bearing rate, consider the factors and problems of economic development, take 40% to calculate, so ; 5) By the forecast of the city residents travel data in the calendar year, in 2020 the city's total passenger traffic in urban transport is: (Hundred million passengers) 6) Based on the planning of the city's subway and the passenger traffic forecasting of rail transit line NO. 1 and NO.2, the subway passenger volume of the city in 2020 is (hundred million passengers ); 7)According to the statistical data in China ,calculate the carbon emissions proportion, which is the main means of transport carbon emissions accounted for proportion of the city's total emissions ,; 8) Through query the related data of cars and the total traffic volume of the city cars, calculate the unit passenger carbon emissions of the car : kg per unit passenger; 9) Through query the related data of public transportation and the total
According to some relevant data,2008 the public transportation bearing rate of this city is 63.7%[9], that means, comparing with 2008,11% of the public transportation bearing rate  need to be increased  to meet the standards of low carbon city. 4 Conclusions (1) At present, most of our city traffic development mode pays equal attention to the public and private transportation.
With this method, we can estimate the public transportation bearing rate needed in achieving emission reduction in a city in Central China as data modeled.

The mortars with incorporation of phase change materials (PCM) have the ability to regulate the temperature inside buildings, contributing to the thermal comfort and reduction of the use of heating and cooling equipment, using only the energy supplied by the sun.
The drawbacks of the step method are related to its programming complexity, the fact that it is time consuming and the difficulties in data treatment/interpretation [13].
The incorporation of fibers did not cause any change in the amount of water added to the mortar, however there was a slight reduction in the flow diameter obtained for the mortars with incorporation of microcapsules A and B.
The addition of 40% gypsum allows a reduction in the shrinkage of about 40%.
Moreover, the reduction of shrinkage observed with the addition of gypsum, is connected to the expansion which occurs with its hydration.
