But, the reliability of thermal fatigue life may be lowered by the dispersion of design factors such as the dimensions, shapes, and material properties of package systems.
When design changes are done to improve reliability, the design factors which can be altered include the package dimensions and material properties.
Then, the design factors, which include the package dimensions and material properties, were evaluated in the full package model.
Table 2 Material Properties FEM Model and analytical condition Any change in the design factors of the package (e.g., dimensions, material properties) will affect the total equivalent inelastic strain range in the solder joints.
From Table 3, the factors which greatly affect the reliability of the solder joints are selected.

Young's modulus is one of the basic mechanical properties of materials, so its accurate measurement has great engineering significance.
Then it gives the experimental measures to reduce the impact of the factors.
Major Influencing Factors Analysis The major influencing factors that affect the measurement results of the experiment include: the load clamped by fixture is uneven, the workpiece is pre-stretched or not before measured, the hardening time of the strain gauge binder, and sticking quality of strain gauge.
(4)The process of welding wire must be fast and correct, so as to avoid emerging oxide and affecting the solder joint quality.
Avoid to make the iron stay on the surface of the workpiece too long, otherwise the high temperature will influence the properties of workpiece [12].

Study on the Stress Intensity Factors of Double Cracks Normal to and Dwelling on the Interface in the Cladding Material Structure Yang Junrua, Chen Gonglingb, Zhang Lilic, Sun Jingd College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China, 266590 ajryangzhang@163.com,bchengl6@163.com,czhanglitqd@126.com,dsj_sdust@126.com Keywords: Cladding Material Structure, Double Cracks Normal to and Dwelling on the Interface, Stress Intensity Factor Abstract: Based on the theoretical study on the tip stress intensity factor (SIF) of the crack normal to and dwelling on the interface, using the finite element software ANSYS, the SIFs of the double interface cracks normal to and dwelling on the interface in cladding material structure are studied by changing the crack spacing, the crack length, the cladding thickness ratio, the load and the crack location.
For the double cracks normal to the interface in layered piezoelectric material, Zhengong Zhou used Schmidt method to study the static problems of the double cracks under the anti-plane load, and found that the SIFs had relations with the crack length, the electrical load, the layer thickness and the material properties [4].
The material property parameters are shown in Table 1.
When the lower crack goes farther away from the boundary, it is affected by the boundary more slightly, and the SIF become smaller.

In addition to the interface, the CTE of particle reinforced metal matrix composites (MMCs) is affected by several other factors.
Stir casting technique was used to fabricate composites containing Si Cp as reinforcements and special thermo physical properties of the material are found.
Material properties desirable for satellite applications include tailorable and/or low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), extremely high thermal conductivity, high stiffness and strength, and low density.
In addition to the interface, the CTE of particle reinforced metal matrix composites (MMCs) is affected by several other factors.

It is expected that the interface defects and near interface defects in SiO2 will affect the inversion channel mobility significantly.
Section 2 elaborates the computational methods, which have been used to analyze the surface properties of SiC and the screening distances of defects in SiO2 and SiC.
The simulation results corroborate the fact that the physical properties of duplicate crystal planes are similar.
Also, the crystal plane with lower number density of atoms (atoms/cm2) will endure lower mechanical stress after oxidation, which in turn will lead to lesser interface defects.

Effects of the Size of Wood Flour on Mechanical Properties of Wood-Plastic Composites Haibing Huang1,2,a, Huhu Du1,b,Weihong Wang*1,c,Haigang Wang1,d 1Key laboratory of Bio-based Material Science and Technology of Ministry of Education, Northeast Forestry University,Harbin,150040 2Heilongjiang Wood Science Research Institute, Harbin, 150081 ahuanghb84@qq.com, bduhuhu521@126.com cweihongwang2001@yahoo.com.cn, dhgwang@nefu.edu.cn Key word: wood-flour; mesh number; HDPE; composite; mechanical properties; Abstract: In this article, wood-plastic composites(WPCs) were manufactured with wood flour(80~120mesh, 40~80mesh, 20~40mesh, 10~20mesh) combing with high density polyethylene(HDPE).
According to ASTM D 7031 (Standard Guide for Evaluating Mechanical and Physical Properties of Wood-Plastic Composite Products) bending strength of composites was tested.
According to GB/T 1043.1-2008 (Plastics—Determination of charpy impact properties—Part 1:Non-instrumented impact test)impact strength was tested.
However, when mesh number of wood flour changed from 80~120 mesh to 10~20 mesh, value of tensile modulus increased from 5.18GPa to 6.65GPa, an increase of tensile modulus was 28.4%, this indicated that the size of wood flour had the same effect on tensile properties as on flexural properties of WPC.
The factors affecting on tensile strength of composites were mesh number and surface roughness of wood flour [6].

Then, mechanical properties of GO-cement mortars were carried out.
Results showed that the incorporation of GO significantly improved mechanical properties of GO-cement mortars.
To meet these challenges, advanced materials with higher mechanical properties and durability are essential.
Adding nano materials could be a practical approach to improve the mechanical properties of cement mortar.

Resin concrete generally has good mechanical properties, excellent thermal stability and great vibration resistance, the model of the ultra-precision machining center bed is established to study the thermal stability of the resin concrete using virtual reality and collaborative simulation technology based on Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench.
The main factors that affect the machine tool bed thermal deformation were found through analyzing the deformation results and the materials and restrain conditions were optimized.
Thermal deformation of the machine tool is the main factors that affects the quality of the products and 40% to 70% of manufacturing errors are determined by thermal deformation in precision machining [3].The machine tool bed is the basic support-loading unit and supports the worktable, spindle box and other key parts, thus the machining accuracy and the surface quality are largely determined by the thermal stability of the machine tool bed.
It is a kind of anti-corrosive new engineering material with high strength, good vibration absorbing properties and thermal stability compared with the traditional materials.
Summary On one hand, the thermal deformation status of the guide rail and the machine tool bed was obtained in the finite element analysis of machine tool thermal properties.
