The experimental research on the effect of mounts of stone power and the different curing methods on the shrinkage of concrete were implemented. 2 Experimental research 2.1 The raw material and mix proportion The performance and the chemistry component of the cement used for the experiment are listed in Table 1 and Table 2.
Table 1 Performance of the cement used for experiment Water requirement of normal consistency (%) Congealing time (min) Compressive strength (MPa) Initial set Final set 3 days 28 days 28 145 187 25.4 53.1 Table 2 Chemistry component of the cement used for experiment CaO SiO2 Al2O3 Fe2O3 R2O MgO SO3 57.4 20.3 5.2 3.3 0.58 1.9 4.24 The different mix proportions of concrete, testing the dry shrinkage of small blocks, are listed in Table 3.
Considering above reasons, if the concrete blocks after 28 day’s curing are applied to the practical engineering, the shrinkage will continue to be generated during the construction of structures.

This is mainly because finer structure formed in niobium alloyed ductile iron reduced the dislocation movement, but do not completely prevent it which keeps the material ductile as there are presence of ferrite structure, which resulted in much tougher material.
Addition of Niobium at 0.5 wt% had promoted finer lamellar pearlite and ferrite structure, and finer structures were formed when 2wt% niobium were added in alloyed ductile iron samples.
Finer structures are favorable as it reduces the movement of dislocations, thus forming stronger and tougher material.

The detailed characterization confirmed that LaMnO3 perovskite had a single-phase orthorhombic structure with estimated crystallite size of 44 nm.
As can be depicted, no hyperfine structure was observed in our ESR spectrum, suggesting that both Mn2+ and Mn3+ are present in the sample.
