Durability of building structures is one of the most important issues in modern construction.
Thus durability of structures determined by the thermal insulation properties.
While reducing of strength have been signs of structuring the uncured binder in the process of a long-term tests, and irreversible deformation of samples of low density (35-70 kg/m³) when removed from the camera after completing the testing and fixing devices in the clamps of a discontinuous [5].
Strength reduction occurs at different rates, depending on the density of the slab, the type and the degree of curing of binders and product’s structure.

Melanin doped zinc oxide thin films were obtained using a process of soft chemistry with pH in the basic region.
The idea of combining melanin with metallic oxides arose of having observed the behavior of bio-batteries designed with wired metallic electrodes of Copper and Aluminum, as well as of the structural characteristics and of the conductivity of thin films of ZnO obtained for technical of soft chemistry [11-15].
The purpose of using methanol is to minimize the effect of solvent of diverse structure in the reactions of oxidation into melanin, to avoid the complex interactions inside the precursor solutions and to diminish the treatment temperature and annealed on the films.
It is known that melanin doesn't produce signals of diffraction; however, the outward show of diffraction picks not characteristic of the ZnO does think in a structural joint of the poly-hydroxi-indole as coupled structures to the wurtzite type.

The steel weld chemistry and the welding conditions are listed in Tables 1 and 2, respectively.
In addition to the oxide size, the oxide chemistry affects the acicular ferrite formation.
The weld A exhibited a fine interlocked structure.
By constrast, the weld B showed a typical martensitic structure with well-defined blocks.
This multiphase exhibited a fine interlocked structure.

The aim of this study is to report results of initial trials involving the strip casting process for ETPC (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper) and to investigate the effect of process parameters on the chemistry, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of ETPC.
The aim of this study is to report results of initial trials involving strip casting process for ETPC (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper) with no range of mushy zone - normally alloys with mushy zone of 60℃ are sutiable for a conventional twin roll caster - and to investigate the effect of process parameters on the chemistry, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of ETPC.
With almost pure metal of ETPC, therefore, the (a) (b) (c) (d) as-cast structure is normally fully columnar.
Through this study, process optimization was conducted considering the effect of process parameters on the chemistry, microstructure and mechanical properties of ETPC strip.

Introduction As the dimensions of the structures of integrated circuits shrink, the influence of particles on device yield becomes increasingly important.
To remove nano-particles with minimal substrate loss and no damage requires very dilute chemistries and sufficiently gentle physical forces in a cleaning process.
As shown, a Figure 1: poly-gate-stack line patterned structure with a line width 35nm and line height 147nm. 0 20 40 60 80 100 0 2 4 6 8 Aging time (weeks) PRE (%) Figure 2: PRE of Si3N4 particles vs. storage time post contamination and pre-clean.
When an alkaline chemistry such as NH4OH:H2O2:H2O = 1:2:50 or 1:2:500 was used, however, the PRE was much higher than in the case with DI water.
On the other hand, based on the following two observations: (i) the nozzle with the broadest droplet velocity distribution leads to the most damage (Figures 8 and 9), and (ii) high droplet velocities cause damage, one can conclude that, when the 'outlier droplets' --- which have an extremely high velocity and occupy only a tiny fraction of droplets --- reach the wafer surface and hit the structures, it results in damage.

It is a certain function physical chemistry process in which the hosts bind alternatively to the guests.
As for an ion recognition process, which is analog to molecular recognition, its guest is ion, if its guest is cationic, the ion recognition system belongs to the concept of coordination chemistry; and if its guest is anion, the ion recognition system belongs to the concept of anion coordination chemistry.
The obtained geometry structures were given in Fig. 1.
The following discussions are all based on the above two geometry structures.

The physico-chemistry properties of the p-CNF and palladium catalyst on AC (Pd/AC) are investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy, N2 physisorption and Raman spectra analysis.
Ozaki et al. studied the ORR activity on the carbons prepared from ferrocene and poly (furfuryl alcohol) [8], and revealed that the carbons containing shell-like structures showed larger ORR activities than the carbons without shell-like structures.
Since the carbon nanotube (CNT) was invented for the first time, it has drawn great attention from researchers because of its special structure and particular properties [9].
The special mesopore structure, which benefits mass diffusion, is p-CNF's advantage for its application in electrocatalysis.
