Introduction The excellent mechanical properties and outstanding strength-weight ratio have led to the successful application of Titanium alloys in biomechanical engineering and aerospace industry.
The high costs of machining Titanium alloys are mainly caused by the low productivity which resulted from two factors: the poor machinability and the unpredicted onset of chatters.
The poor machinability of Titanium alloys owing to the inherent properties of low thermal conductivity and high chemical reactivity, which adversely affect tool life, lead to premature tool failure and eventually cause the extremely low efficiency.
In an actual milling process, particularly for milling thin wall parts, continuous removal of material leads to the change in dynamics properties of the workpiece during the process.
It does not affect milling process because of its low energy.

The sort, number, shape, orientation, and dispersion of the matrix's fibres, as well as other matrix-related factors, affect the character and performance of FRC.[6] Copper wire has superior mechanical characteristics and flexibility compared to most steel fibres.
On the other hand, the strength decreases due to the higher perlite aggregate.[10] Isopescu et al. (2023) investigated the effects of adding perlite to concrete and how it affects its physico-mechanical properties.
The Marshall Stability and Indirect Tensile Strength tests are two of several experiments performed to determine the mechanical properties.

The main factors affecting the formation of cold cracks are the high cooling rate of the welded joint [4–6], the presence of high tensile residual stresses and hydrogen in it [7–9], as well as the preheating temperature [10–11] and the mechanical heterogeneity of the welded joint [12–14].

The tendency to form cold cracks is influenced by the chemical composition of the main and welding materials, as well as the structure of the weld metal and the heat-affected zone.

Compared to conventional fusion welding methods, the advantages of the FSW process include better mechanical properties, low residual stress and distortion, and reduced occurrence of defects [5].
In the friction stir welding process, both tool rotation speed (ω) and advancing speed (v) are known to exert a considerable influence on the thermal input and mechanical properties [11].

For this reason, endeavors have investigated several types of additives to enhance the thermal properties of PCM aiming to provide fast responses.
The inclusion of additional substances must be applied while preserving some crucial PCM properties such as latent heat of fusion/melting and phase change temperature (PCT).
Thermal conductivity enhancements for same (a) nanoparticles [15] and (b) phase change materials [16] The latent heat TES unit shape is one of the most crucial factors that affect the heat transfer rate and phase transition process.
It was found that the fin length and branches angle are more influential factors than the fin thickness regarding their effect on the solidification process acceleration.
Nanoparticles loading concentration/volume fraction can be considered as the most effective factor since it has a superior role in affecting the thermal characteristics of NEPCM.

The interdependence of many factors creates difficulty in isolating causes and effectively predicting shrinkage.
The key factors affecting the magnitude of drying shrinkage are aggregates, water/cement ratio, member size, ambient conditions, admixture and cement type. [4].
Materials properties The optimum water content from the field application were adopted for laboratory experimental consists of 8.4%, 7.9% and 7.8% water content.
Various laboratory test were conducted to determine the physical properties of RAP.
Drying Shrinkage Drying shrinkage properties of cement treated recycling base were measured with the aid of Demec points, attached 200mm apart, on two faces of each 10 ´ 10 ´ 25 cm prismatic specimen.

This study aims to develop a cost-effective SPC test rig integrated with an existing UCT machine and investigate its reliability in predicting the creep properties.
Numerous researchers have developed correlations and models to extract creep properties from SPC data.
Furthermore, finite element (FE) analyses have been employed to investigate the effects of geometric factors, material properties, and damage evolution on the SPC response [10].
Biaxial stress may result in more complex states, potentially affecting microstructural changes differently.

The accurate measurement and control of center of mass (CM) in mass properties for satellite attitude control are the most important.
When very high accuracy of measurement is desired, moment measurement error caused by the elastic deformation of table is one of major factors which affect the accuracy of measuring CM.

Abstract: For the high-speed machining aero engine casing hole, according to the principle of metal forming and the characteristic of metal cutting plane strain, with selecting some key physical factors of the cutter - chip contact friction and abrasion model, the Cartesian orthogonal cutting model of aero engine casing hole was established by using the Deform, a sort of finite element analysis software.
So cutting temperature directly affects the tool life and the precision of work piece [9], and chosen as the standard to select cutting parameters.
Due to difficult cutting properties of high-temperature alloys, the cutting zone has a high temperature.
