Up to now, lots of scholars[1-4] have done researches in machined surface integrity and machining process of the difficult-machining materials.
The method of developing the model adopted in this paper can also be applied to other materials.

Because period of testing call is long, sometimes it cannot accurately characterize for cathode materials.
By using Electrochemical Impedance Spectrum, it would be better to describeperformance of materials.
Because of quick response and preciseness of electrochemical method, it would be better to analyze cathode materials.
This new way is faster than ever before, besides it is also convenient and accurate to analyze materials.

Kiln tail temperature is the degree of kiln drying materials and thermal state of the rotary kiln good indicator, when the amount of material changes, kiln tail temperature will be first be reflected.
If increasing the rotate speed of raw motor, that is to say, increasing the quantity of raw into kiln, this will increase the mount of reaction materials in the kiln, so the kiln temperature will rise.

The volume flow rate is about 570 m3 per hour and the solid materials in the suspension are fine sands and clay materials.
Fig.2 shows the size distribution of the solid materials in the overflow from the spiral classifiers.
Hydro cyclones can used to separate the fine clay materials from the fine sands.
Conversely, most of the -0.045 mm clay materials should move to the overflow.
