The figure 1 illustrates the total cost corresponding to the retrofit intervention.
· Formulation It is easy to express the expenditures for retrofit and new equivalent building like the following expressions: 1.1Cret/25+ Ins (Retrofit) (1) 1.1Crec/50 (New equivalent building) (2) · Resolution The solving of the problem consists to compare the expression (1) to the expression (2).
(1): Retrofit (2): New equivalent building Ins R Annual expenditures Figure 2.

In Fig.1, Ii (i = 1,2, ..., n) is the neural network input layer neuron.
Input layer neuron Ii (i = 1,2, ..., n) is correspondence with the customer feature subset.
Fig.1 Neural Network Model The output layer only has an output neuron.
When the feature set of the same demand class is set for training, the ideal output is “1”.

As shown in Fig.3, the main vibration peaks are assigned as follows: (1) the bands at 3400 and 1640 cm-1 attribute to the stretching mode of water and hydroxyl in all spectra; (2) refer to Fig. 3 (b, c, f, g), the bands around 3200 and 3400 cm-1 assign to the O-H stretching mode of physisorbed water on the TiO2 surface, and in the range of 400-650 cm-1 correspond to vibration of Ti-O-Ti units; (3) refer to Fig. 3 (d, e, f, g), the bands at 430cm-1 and 560 cm-1 correspond to vibration of Zn-O bond.

There are only three infrared-active modes at 194 cm-1, 423 cm-1 and 1091 cm-1 respectively.
In fact, there is another mode at 109 cm-1 which is not appeared at picture.

The theory refers to the schematic of fig. 1.
Fig. 1 Schematic of the competition between columnar and equiaxed growth at the basis of the Hunt’s criterion.
It is obtained [6]: Rg=A3T∆Tcol3-∆Tn3 (1) from eq. 1 the condition for the existence of the equiaxed grain is derived: ∆Tcol3=∆Tn3 (2) It is here assumed that the critical grain radius for the successive development of a stray grain is of the order of the primary dendrite arm spacing.
The nucleation of a spherical cup forming a θ angle over a substrate occurs after the dwell time t satisfying the relationship of eq. 5: e-ν0pc0te-163πfϑ ρ∆sfT2kBTfτ2γsl3dτ=1 (5) where the parameter: fθ=2+cos(θ) (1-cosθ)24 equals the ratio between the volumes of a spherical cup and a sphere of same radius.
