All applied contact materials enable formation of quality secondary contacts which is especially noteworthy at NiSi2 and Si.
All traces of contact materials had been removed and deposition of a second contact material followed.

One of the advantages of the state space approaches to handle the laminated plates/shells is that the varying material, geometric properties along the independent spatial variable, complex load and anisotropic layered materials are allowed [17-21].

Fig.1 The generalized Maxwell model Fig.2 Thermo-Rheologically Simple Behavior
Viscoelastic materials are highly sensitive to temperature changes and characterized as Thermo-Rheologically Simple (TRS).
These materials exhibit an approximate translational shift of all the characteristics response functions without a change of shape along the logarithmic time axis as Fig.2 shows

MEVCO Preparation
MEVCO was obtained by spray drying of the prepared emulsion of wall materials and core materials.
The wall materials of maltodextrin and SPI, the core materials of SE and GMS were dissolved in cold deionized water and VCO, respectively by stirring until completely dissolved.
And then mixed the wall materials and core materials with using ultrasound-assisted emulsifying was performed in an ultrasonic cleaning bath (WF-180EH type, 40 kHz, 150 W, Haishu Wufang Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd.
