On the thermal condition of less than 882℃ the alloy exhibits hcp crystal structure, which corresponds to α phase .When the temperature is higher than 882℃ it will turn tofcc crystal structure of β[8-9].The theoretical and practical researches shows thatαalloy displays better properties because α phase contains small size and uniform distribution in alloy.

As a near α titanium alloy, TA15 alloy has two crystal structures: the hcp alpha phase and the bcc beta phase.
Titanium can have two crystal structures due to allotropic phase transformation: hcp alpha phase at lower temperatures and bcc beta phase at higher temperatures.

Whereas smallest structures (i.e. active dots) are very sensitive to this kind of degradation, resist
peeling can be observed on large patterns in case of fluorine diffusion through a too thin resist layer.

(inset: the partial magnified image of the magnetic hysteresis loop) To evaluate the surface areas of the FeB nanoflowers composed of thin sheet and determine the pore structures of the samples, N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms were investigated by employing micro-meritics model ASAP 2020M.
These differences can be explained by the sample structure and large amount of nanoflakes existing in FeB nanocrystallites.

By adding -OH, -COOH and -C=O, alkali modification treatment has significantly altered the morphological, molecular and supramolecular structure of cellulose, which can improve its physical stability, reactivity, and ion exchange aptitude [16].

The crystal structure of samples was investigated by XRD, and the diffraction peaks were indexed to hexagonal wurtzite structure.
Fig.4 Room-temperature PL spectra (λex = 280 nm) of as-prepared ZnO nano and micro structure materials.
The synthesized ZnO nano and micro structures strongly depended on experimental parameters of NaOH concentration.
The PL spectra indicated that the obtained ZnO nano and micro structures have good crystal structure.

These special structure may endow slide-ring configuration with CD rings moving or some novel functions decorated CD [10].
Wide angle x-ray diffraction (WAXRD) was clarified the channel-stye structure.
The structure of supramolecular hydrogles were characterized by WAXRD as Fig. 4.
These results indicate that hydrogels adopt a channel structure as α-CD thread PEO segments.
Poly- pseudorotaxanes are imparted channel-type structure.
